These guys are real professionals. They do large, high end projects, but were willing to help me out on a very small project. I needed an 8 x 10 piece of mirror glass which was surprisingly difficult to find. I called them up and asked if they could cut one for me, they said they could do it immediately and for an extremely reasonable price. An hour later my project was finished! Note: they do a lot of beautiful custom glass work for windows, doors, and showers. They even do etched mirror (I didn't even know that was a thing). They have some beautiful examples in their show room. They also do Crystal repair, which is good to know. Next time I have a piece of cracked Crystal, I am definitely coming here (instead of donating it). read more

They said they couldn't do a repair, but could do something in real stained glass that would look similar, and quoted a price, which I agreed to. I'm so pleased with the customer service and the work! Chantelle was very responsive via email (ideal for me as I've two infants who make phone calls almost impossible) and knew exactly how to help. Steve did an excellent job of seamlessly replacing our broken pane. Other places told us they could only replace the entire sidelight, but now we can enjoy the original. I smile every time I look at it. Side note: when I contacted other companies (Glass Guru and Orangevale Glass) they both directed me to Othon. I think that says a lot about all three companies. It says Othon has a great reputation and that the other two aren't afraid to help direct clueless customers. When I contacted Folsom Glass about this (years ago), I was told it wasn't repairable and that the whole sidelight needed replacing which is why I held off. I'm so glad I found Othon! read more

I drove by Othon's Golden State Art Glass on Greenback Lane in Orangevale numerous time and admired the Stain glass windows. I'm glad I finally stopped in to check out this awesome locally owned business when I needed a stained glass window and business logo etched into a door of my retail store! I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, clean Show Room and Shop and all the glass on display! Owner Robert was professional and he provided many references upon my request. I learned he's done glass work at many local business, restaurants, state offices, churches and homes I had actually seen and admired, but didn't know were done by Othon Golden State Art Glass of Orangevale! Turns out Robert etched all the City Scapes at the various Chicago Fire House restaurants! Ricks Dessert Dinner downtown used Othon to etch their glass logo! In the Show Room I saw these huge stunning stained glass windows & beveled windows being creating for a local landmark! There were doors and windows being repaired. One repair was for "The Old Spaghetti Factory. I learned that each of Robert's crew members have worked for Robert for several years, and that reinforeced my confidence that our job would be completed by experienced professionals! Golden State Art Glass did a fabulous job with my store windows and doors! We receive numerous compliments from our customers! Soon after our job was completed I referred Othon to a friend. i found this buisness by searching for glass companies near my home in citrus heights,i saw the positive review and immideatly looked for the website and phone number,i emailed website numerous times and got no response,finally reached them via phone and spoke with a young female who was very unprofessional and somewhat rude,said shed let her "dad" know i called.do they have a child answering the phone?photos on website and work that theyve done from what ive seen was quite impressive aside from the fact that their website could use improvement,more info.wish they were more prompt at returning phone calls/emails,ended up going with citrus heights stained glass after all which has a great reputation customer service was good but work fell shrt of my expectations ,stil waiting on call back almost two months later ,would still consider this company for hire if i could just get a proffesonal to give me a quote and answer.will update if so. read more
