He explained a lot to me about the warranty of Anlin windows vs the other guys and I loved the fact that they are made here in our state. We recently moved into a new home, and had many construction questions regarding the home. He is a very pleasant, patient person to deal with. He made several good suggestion of what could be done to accomplish our needs. Our immediate need was to do something about, what has been typical for many years now, the open concept between the main bedroom and the bathroom. Our new home has 10' ceilings and the opening to the bathroom was 47" by 9'. We decided to shrink the opening to accommodate a 36' x 8' door, and match the door to all the other doors in our house. I offered a bit extra if he could come the same day since I was hoping to get everything done before Thanksgiving, and he made it happen. Igor and his team were extremely professional from start to finish. He is incredibly meticulous and even suggested installing wood planks behind the lights to keep the light patterns consistent. I had spoken with five or six other installers before, and none of them mentioned this. By the way, not only did he install the wood planks but painted them to match the exterior. Igor was also very mindful about hiding all cables to keep the exterior looking clean, which I really appreciated. We feel very fortunate to have found Igor, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that he does much more than just lighting installations.
