While trying to check out the two ladies at the counter had a really hard time stopping their conversation. They were talking how they only had a half hour left and they would be out of there. Then continue to talk about where they were going to go and what place have the best drinks. I noticed an item that my daughter had put up on the counter was buy one get one free so I ask her to get another one, to which the lady gave the other lady a look. I ask her if that upset her. This is completely unacceptable for an established patient, especially for a non-controlled substance. I stopped there on my way to word at 630pm to see if it was ready and was told "you can come in and wait for 30minutes and it should be ready." By 9pm It still wasn't ready so I called and after being on hold for 19minutes, the tech told me 15 minutes. I took my break at work early n ran across the street to pick it up before they closed and at 945pm it still wasn't ready and I had to wait even more. Horrible costumer service and no efficiency whatsoever. Go to literally any other pharmacy unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a medication that should realistically only take 1-2 hours to fill.
