But you must pay up front for the privet lessons so you will be ready for the group lessons. Then the trainer cancels and doesn't show up for the privet lessons. Also doesn't return calls or texts. When I expressed my concern they told me it was because of....... (wait for it)........Covid. This "Covid" excuse occurred today, (July 6th 2022) for calls/texts not returned and lessons that were canceled within the last couple of months. The owner also humiliated me and told me to leave when I told him his "Covid" excuse" was dubious. I'm much older than the average age. "athlete" there. He said he'd give me my money back. I can only pray. With his way of thinking this is doubtful. They most likely will keep much more money than they should. Stay away unless your willing to go along with every arrogant extra charge and lack of follow through they dish out. If you attempt to hold them responsible for what they promise and what you pay for, they will be difficult. Especially if you are an older out of shape women like me. XFit is supposed to be nice and good and sweet and accepting. This place just wants your money, or in my case just wants my money and doesn't want to follow through with what I pay for. Or will actually kick me out when I try to hold them accountable. They want your money and don't want to give you what you pay for and then they want to blame you for trying to get what you pay for. And still still, it's all because of .... COVID.

My first class was a hip hop one and wow was it intense! I do a lot of spin classes and this one was by far one of the best- great music, awesome vibe, and fantastic workout. Nobody answered when I called twice and I registered for a class online said I was in the books…read moreshowed up and no one was there. But then the owner called me back and invited me to the next class at a different location. Different stations around the room with instructions using bands weights and yoga/Pilates type movements, some cardio. Five minute intervals then one minute break. I got a good work out. Energy was pretty good, could've been more technical destruction by the staff and a little more individualized attention since there are only four of us working out. Id go again.
