I was in Pensacola for a wedding and the bride wanted to hit up her regular barre class. What the…read morebride says is what I do! We hit up a mid-morning class with Briana. She was nice enough to deal with 3 giggling women while teaching a great class. I'm a regular barre class student so most of the moves were expected. But they also use the GlideBoard, which I LOVED. This is a great addition to the class that is not only low impact, but really gets me sweating. This spot also sells a small, but classic, selection of Lululemon. My only complaint, if I could really call it that? was that the moves didn't go with the music. The music seemed to be an afterthought. I prefer classes that flow with the music and the beat sometimes pushes me. If I were back in the area I would definitely return! I encourage Pensacola folks to try it out. The first class is just $5!

Took my first Core Fusion class this afternoon! Loved it…read more Time for me to get back into a regular exercise routine. It's been since early July 2016 due to my severe leg injury that I am just now able to really commit to a program without lots of pain. I look forward to the rest of 2017 and the journey to better health!!
