I workout daily but GrindHouse definitely pushed me beyond myself! The workout was mainly arms and my arms feel like jello still! The gym has nice equipment and the trainers are helpful. It's a group setting but still with that one on one feel. I'm not a member of this gym but I will definitely attend a class at least once a month just for that extra push. This is a fun workout environment!

The only reason I took away a star was for the pricing $160 a month for classes and you are not able to work out on your own only at specific class times

All my pet peeves from other gyms are not present here, at all! They start and end on time, the facility is SUPER CLEAN , and the people are great and a pleasure to be around. What I really love is the workout time schedule, I couldn't have asked for more ranges of time anywhere else. To sum it all up it is like having a personal training experience in a group setting, with you actually hitting the goals you have.
