When learning of my predicament Sheri the supervisor called around to see if she could find me a ride. In the mean time one of the other customers, a nice young man named Joshua offered me a ride back to my hotel. Over the past year, a trying one for me, I have come to truly understand how meaningful the kindness of a stranger can be. Again, I was the lucky recipient of great food and drink as well as genuine West Virginia hospitality.

My wife got a matcha drink and my daughter got some sort of strawberry latte, which they both loved. We sat outside on their porch and were greeted by their chickens. The worker was very friendly and made sure to run out to the porch to wish us a nice day as we were leaving. What a great experience!

The inside building was filled with local artist creations from lamps, pottery, jewelry, walking sticks, music instruments, blown glass, 2D art and food. After finding out pepperoni rolls are the unofficial state food of WV, we picked 2 up, and made a 4 pack of WV beers. We spent almost 2 hours browsing everything in this shop. You can watch glass being blown and pottery being made through the artists windows. Highly recommend this place if you like local and unique art. Ps, you purchase your things at customer service. It was a bit confusing, a stranger stopped to ask us where to pay so we weren't the only confused ones.
