I was very impressed with Nolan's work and pricing and I'm pretty sure he will be our go-to handyman from now on. We just finished a kitchen remodel and were desperate to have a pantry door hung as the final piece of the puzzle. We contacted Nolan and he came out and hung the door the same day we called him. We were thrilled to have our new door looking great and hung professionally. Nolan even installed some hardware (knobs, etc.) that we hadn't asked him to. Highly recommended! read more

I hired Nolan to build a trellis during the summer and he did a great job. I immediately thought of him when I had a doggie dog needing to be installed. We scheduled it a week out and on the day, he was a "no show". I tried calling over and over finally reaching him the next day. He said he thought it was a different day (yet he didn't call me back; I called him). So we rescheduled and he "no showed" again. I called and called and he said he had a dead battery, I offered to come to him and drive him. (I have been desperate to get this door installed.) He said "no", because all his tools were in the truck. We scheduled again and another "no show". I personally think because it was so close to Christmas he had so many jobs to choose from, he put some of the back burner. Unfortunately, not reliable. read more

Hired Nolan to do some basic fix-it handyman work, and he arranged a time to be there after I accepted his bid. He never showed up and ignored my calls and emails. I called him again and was in the process of leaving him a voice message asking when we could reschedule the service, when he sent me a series of text messages from his listed business phone number that were exactly as follows (quoted exactly other than obvious edits): Nolan: "Our records indicate you owe $194.00 after talking for 43 min. To 1-900-WET-*UNT. Please pay." Me: "Very professional." Nolan: "Our records indicate that you owe $3049.17 after calling 1-900-BIG-*OCK, Please pay Me: (no response) Nolan: "You *ock suckin **ggot, looks like you take after your dad." Me: (no response) I cannot over-emphasize the fact that none of this was provoked in the slightest. Initially, I spoke to him over the phone he was totally kind and professional. He emailed me a very reasonable quote, and I accepted over email. He arranged the time with me, and I was happy about it. He didn't show up, and didn't call to indicate that he wouldn't be there, so I emailed him to see if he was still planning on coming; no reply. I then called the next day and (as stated above) was in the attitude of trying to reschedule. Up to that point I had zero indication that he wasn't an up-standing person who may have just gotten double booked or ran long on another project. You really want a person like this coming to your home? No, you do not. There are a great many handy-man services our there, I can't fathom that they wouldn't all be much better than this character. Nolan did a wonderful job replacing our garage door as well as installing the automatic garage door opener. Nolan and Tyler were both polite, friendly, personable, trustworthy, hardworking and certainly know what they're doing. Our garage is very old and rickety so there were extra challenges but they figured out what needed to be done and the door looks great, works great and our only wish is that we had done it years ago. Nolan was punctual and professional in scheduling a time to come out and look at what needed to be done as well as scheduling the day of the actual work. He clearly is very dedicated to his work and I have no doubt that he would do an excellent job on any service he provides. If we weren't moving across the country we would plan on having Nolan be the go-to guy for any handyman work we'd need done. Thank you so much Nolan! read more

Nolan is literally acting like a criminal! We hired him to do custom barndoors for us. At first he was very quick to respond. We thought it was weird he wouldn't come out to our home to measure for the job. Instead he had us measure and text him. We never even met him in person. He provided a legit letter head estimate. And said it was a week timeline. We agreed to both terms and hired him.He said he needed cost of materials up front. I agreed and paid him via Venmo so I had a paper trail. After he recieved the money he quit communicating. After a week went by I asked where the doors were. He said they would be done that Friday and installed that Saturday. Saturday he called and had an excuse of why he couldnt. So I gave him a week extra. Then he had another excuse. 4 weeks have gone by and now he is saying he just isn't going to do them at all. Said he would give our money back but IS NOT. We have made a report with the sherrif, filed a complaint with BBB, DOPL, and started and investigation with consumer protection. We also plan on taking him to court. He is also texting my husband and I calling us f@!@&!$ mormons, pigs and saying my lady parts are full of @$!&. We are in shock!! We cannot believe someone would do this to another person. We did nothing wrong to him. Hired him and trusted him to do a job and he didn't do it and won't Return our money and then has the nerve to verbally attack us and call us names. read more

Our mail box broke off from the concrete in the ground. Nolan came over, dug out the concrete, the old post and replaced the whole thing with a new post and new cement. Quality job and quick work. And he is a really nice guy. I would definitely call him again for future fixes. read more

Nolan is great! I have a rental property that had been having a mice problem, there was a simple thing that needed to be done (an access point) that we just couldn't find time to fix. I tried several different times to hire a handyman for the job. Three in fact. Each time they spoke to me and told me they would look at it and get back to me, and then I never heard back from any of them. Almost like I was annoying them. I was so frustrated. I felt like because it was a fairly small job nobody else wanted to find time for it. Nolan was totally different! I talked to him and he went out that evening (after business hours) and fixed it. Just like that. He called me that night to tell me it was done. And he was very reasonably priced. And then, about a week later there was a really bad wind storm that blew down the gate at the same house. The renters were freaking out because they have dogs. I called Nolan and he got out there that night to look at it. He got back to me the very next day with a bid. And again, very reasonably priced! I will never use another handyman, he just earned a spot as a "go-to" in my phone book!! read more
