I also didn't have to wait at all which was very surprising. I received a call later that they forgot to print the first page of the certificates. It was no problem and I went a few days later to pick the remaining paper up. I spoke with a different employee than the original and he was a bit confused, but he got working right away to reprint the missing item. Even with the confusion he was very nice and apologetic and I again was in and out within 10 minutes. Besides the one mishap it was super easy and quick to get everything I needed. They are always very nice and it's great to have them so close too!
