When the Anytime technician, John, arrived at my home to repair my oven that had stopped heating just two days before Thanksgiving (YIKES), he was polite, well-spoken, professional, and neatly groomed. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a worn-out igniter) and fixed it in nothing flat! John was easy to talk to, patiently answered all of my questions, and didn't seem to mind my curious and inquisitive eyes peeking over his shoulder while he was working. When the job was completed, he tested the oven to ensure that it heated properly. Checkout with my credit card was a breeze, and he was careful to leave my home neat and clean. These days, it's really hard to find reputable contractors who are reliable and take pride in doing excellent work. Having owned my home now for over 12 years, I've hired numerous contractors for various projects and household repairs. John is a lifesaver and I HIGHLY recommend him! We had a vacation coming up and we noticed the the refrigerator wasn't staying cold. It was off and on and we didn't want to leave without knowing the food in the fridge would be okay. I found him on Yelp, sent a message on a Saturday with the symptoms. By Sat evening he had gotten back to me with his assessment and rough estimate. By Sunday noon we had an appt set up for Wednesday. (Other places were weeks out, and still others didn't even reply.) John is so knowledgeable, as well as very nice and polite. He had to get a part to fully fix the fridge, but he got it running to the point it would stay cold until he could get back. I have used them three time for washer repair and once on my fridge. EVERYTIME they were ONTIME and VERY HELPFUL!!! The last time out on my washer, he looked at it thinking it was a problem for before. He was very honest and told me he could fix but then he would probably be back out in another six month to fix something else so recommended that I think about buying a new machine. He said he'd be happy to fix it but he knew that the machine would continue to have problems and gave me the number to maytag to contact them to see if this was something they would like to know about or could find out if it was a faulty machine. Unexpected service needed for dryer after returning from out of town. Called at 1:10 PM, and returned call at 1:36 PM. We discussed potential issues, provided model number to Samsung dryer, and arrived to replace element by 7:15 PM at the exact time he said he would be here finishing a job up on the Eastside of Cincinnati. I was most impressed that John had responded to my original email about a possible service call on Sunday only about 20 minutes from the time I sent it, he asked a lot of questions and had a good idea of the problem and brought the necessary parts for repair.
