They replaced the alternator and we went to go pick it up, but then the car wouldn't start when we were ready to leave. Jeff right away came and checked things out and realized that there may have been an issue with the alternator that they installed. They kept it for a few hours and realized that the part was bad. Not their fault. They were amazing about checking everything else that could have been the issue and realized that it was a faulty part and had things done and the battery charged and replaced the faulty alternator with a new one and had the car ready in just a few hours. They were very caring and nice and apologetic for the issue even though it was not their fault and didn't charge us for the additional work and part they installed. How often do you have a mechanic apologize to you? Can't recommend them enough.

We brought our 2024 F 350 to have air bags installed. My husband told them we have a fifth wheel camper and a truck bed camper that we haul. Paul said no problem and ordered the airbags. We paid over $1,100.00 just for the parts. Half way through the installation the mechanic called and said the airbags won't fit with the fifth wheel so they took it out!!!! They then said he had to cut the bed liner to make them fit!! He also said they do not put it back in so we would need to find someone who would. Paul told us it just needed an adapter to make the airbags work with the fifth wheel hitch. We then paid another $600 to him for the labor and took the truck to have the fifth wheel hitch reattached to the truck. When we got there the man was dumbfounded!!! "WHAT DID THEY DO?? First of all these airbags will never work with a fifth wheel hitch and they are an over kill for this truck!! Second they attached them to the leaf spring and this installation paper states not to use them with leaf springs!!" Thankfully he was able to remove the installed air bags, replace them with the correct ones and reinstall to 5th wheel hitch at a cost of $800! We called Paul who told my husband they don't give refunds but bring the parts back and he would give him credit for the parts. My husband made arrangements to use that credit for something else. When he went to schedule work and use the credit they denied everything, handed him the parts back and said we don't accept parts back! There is nothing we can do for you!! I would not trust bringing my bicycle to them... They do not know what they are doing and are severely over priced!!

NOT SO FAST OLD MAN! The good folks at Sullivan told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the screw was too close to the sidewall. What they didn't know is that I knew exactly where the screw was. It was well within the tread. But they REALLY wanted to help with my problem, and offered to sell me one tire, for nearly $400. Installed I assume, or maybe not. So, I took my leak elsewhere. Got it repaired for $40 and made a friend. The man has been in the tire business for decades, and just shook his head when I told him the story. Here's the thing: I never begrudge a man a day's pay, but do not try to take advantage of me. I'm too old and I worked too f***ing hard for my pension to get porked because the rubber merchants had a slow day. Sullivan Tire will reply, bleating their side of the story. And that's fine.
