She was able to help me compare the different properties that were for sale. One of the most helpful moments I remember during the process was after we had looked at some properties in person, she wrote out a detailed comparison between the properties so that I would know where the real strengths and weaknesses were for each of them, which really helped make it a more apples-to-apples comparison for me. She had been able to see and notice things that I had overlooked, so I feel like I had a strong sense of what I could expect not just around closing, but after move-in too. Another thing that was extremely helpful was that she took detailed notes during the home inspection. I had so many things going through my head at that time and had so many questions for the inspector, that it was a real asset for me later to be able to review her notes. She was also able to rush the results on the foundation inspection from the company we used when it became clear they might not get them to me before the options period expired. As a result, I got the info I needed in time and everything was a-ok. All of closing went smoothly and she was very professional throughout.
