Last time they ditched us (not tomorrow morning, which they just informed us wasn't going to happen), it was a ride TO the airport that we found out about just barely in time to have a friend take us. They have a contract with the medical whatever to take patients to/from appointments and that prevents them from being a real cab company. They usually only have one driver because everyone else quits or gets fired after a few days.
