Our Little Munchkins has been such a blessing in our family for the past 3 years. Our son Anakin is a pandemic baby, and our previous daycare wasn't as kind about his separation anxiety and needing to adjust him not having his dad and I with him. We started looking for a new daycare, and OLM was already established well on Google search as well as newsworthy with their website showcasing the diverse lessons, hardworking staff and their transparent communication with the children's grown ups on all happenings and their schedule. The tuition is fair, you're paying for safety so the kids aren't leaving the property or even worse, the wrong grown up because there's a code to the gate door and finger print that gets registered. They're strict about pick up and drop off including with people not on the paperwork, so it's greatly appreciated. You're paying for the teacher's experience and time, paying for supplies and awesome snacks, and are accommodating with making sure you are aware of any changes. We paid A LOT more at our previous daycare, and Anakin wasn't getting the help he needed so safe to say this daycare is of great value! Since Anakin has been in daycare, he's had A LOT of improvement on his independence, making friends, learning new skills (they do lessons incorporating Arabic and Spanish too, it's so rad!) and being confident in all his learning milestones. Miss Joseline, Hajra and their team of such patient, kind and supportive teachers are brilliant in every way! They use an App posting photos of the kids each day (and is quite secure, so your kids photos aren't public) as well as their mealtimes, what they ate (they have great snack time and try to accommodate/encourage picky eaters - like my kid), potty time and lesson schedules! They're also very helpful in reporting cleanings, incidents, fun activities (a dentist came today to teach the kids about dental health and the littles came home with a dental bag!). My husband and I do a lot of volunteer charity work, and the daycare asks families to help with just a few hours a year with activities to help keep the kids stimulated and even learn about their cultures and customs! We had a lot of fun with teaching the ways of the Force, and even about Dia de Los Muertos last year. The kids and teachers had a lot of fun learning and seeing how we celebrate and enjoy our favorite things. Grown ups should ALWAYS be involved in their child's education, and showing up any way we can means so much. Every month, a child is selected for their little Donor and the teachers donate a part of their wages to a charity of that child's choice! It's really inclusive and fun to see how much of a difference it makes to have kids who actually look forward to attending school. We love you OLM! read more

We are beyond grateful to have been referred to OLM daycare. Amir and Hajra are very professional, welcoming, and truly understanding with the children and families. The staff is absolutely phenomenal! The amount of compassion they have for the children is truly unmatched. It gives us the peace of mind our child is in great hands. They provide a great learning curriculum based on your child's age. Our child has learned and developed so much since attending. It's great to have a place where our child loves attending. Our kid loves coming here. He started attending when he was only 6 months old and being around kids who were a little bit older than him combined with the patient staff members really sparked his growth. It was stunning how much growth he made even after attending for only a couple of weeks. The daycare feels safe, clean, and efficient. The building they use for the daycare is a separate building with it's own play area and amenities. An additional classroom and bathroom were recently added to the facility. Something else fun about the daycare is that they have guests come to interact and lead activities with the kids, be it a parent or local community member. These activities allow the kids to learn whose parent is whose and a gaggle of children will greet you at the door when you come, happy to see you. We've found communication to be pretty good as well through a combination of emails, text messages, and an app that they use where you can see photos of what the kids learned and did throughout the day. So if you're feeling uncomfortable about dropping your kid off and not seeing them, you won't feel like you're missing what's going on in their life. You can also see records like when they slept, when and what they had for snack, and when they used the potty. We've already recommended OLM to friends, and we're happy to do it here too! read more

Our son has been attending for three years now and thanks to the help of the amazing staff he's grown so much in his milestones. He's always excited to see his teachers and friends and when we pick him up he's always in very lively spirits. We really wanted to love this daycare but unfortunately despite our best attempts we were unable to. Our 15 month son was bit 3 times and there were 2 additional times he came home with bite marks on his body that the daycare did not report. We thought the owner would take responsibility and make improvements but each time she blamed it on our son "trying to sit next to a child," or "be close to another child." My son never hit or hit anyone. He just wanted to play with the other kids. Hajra showed us videos of the incidents and it was clear the teachers were not watching all 3 times. They had turned away to change a diaper or went to the bathroom to help a child with potty training, etc. With 8-9 kids in the room, if a teacher had to do something else, you would expect they would ask another teacher to cover. However this was not the case. To be honest I am very sad that this daycare has caused harm to my child, but I also am writing this review to prevent harm to other children. I hope they will look internally and try to fix things. In general the owner is refusing to take any responsibility and has become very hands off from the daycare. Our daughter has attended OLM for over two years now and we couldn't be happier. The kids have a good balance of structured time and play time and the teachers are engaging. They also do not have high turnover in teachers - our daughter has had the same caregiver since she started, which says a lot. The facility is clean and well-kept. The snacks they serve are healthy and our child always comes home clean and happy. As she's gotten older, the activities have evolved to help prepare her for the transition to pre-K. We enrolled our daughter towards the end of 2020 and have been extremely happy with everyone there. Our daughter loves to go to the day care. She has learned so much and the teachers adjust the curriculum based on each kid's level. They are open to input from the parents and have been very supportive overall. We are sad to be leaving OLM, but alas we are moving out of state. Our one year old boy truly adored the staff and the other kids at this daycare, which was evident in how he screeched and kicked his legs in excitement every time we dropped him off. The staff were responsive to his needs and took great care of our little man. We trusted we were leaving him in good care. OLM is an in-home daycare that operates similarly to a center-based center, and we loved that because the communication with the staff was consistent and the daily activities went beyond a daycare - our son learned so much. They also posted pictures and reports daily, and we loved that! We were lucky to have you there for our boy and will miss you OLM! read more

This is an excellent daycare run by amazing people! My wife, daughter (age 3), and I were visiting Los Angeles for a few months and needed daycare for our daughter. Hajra was very helpful, even from 3,000 miles away as we got everything set up. Everyone made our daughter feel so very welcome from day one. We sadly had to depart LA several weeks earlier than originally planned due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Everyone at the daycare was very safe with regard to virus precautions in those last few days. This place is such a wonderful daycare for your young ones. We sent our 2 year old here and we were very happy with the detail of care that he received. The inside is a bit small but what I liked was that there was no TV! Plenty of educational toys and the children were doing school related activities. There is also a playground and outdoor area for the kids to be in and security/locked gates so it really felt safe. The daycare also uses a great app where they will send photos of your child during the day and its so nice to be able to see them enjoying themselves when you can't be with them. They also always had a daily report so you weren't left wondering how their day went. The family that runs the daycare is so kind as well! They even donate to charities that you and your children can choose. The only reason we left the daycare was that we found a place closer to home where both of our children could go. Our son was one of the first kids that went to OLM Daycare back when they first opened in 2018. We kept him there until the COVID-19 pandemic began. The Abbasi family kept their new business afloat during the difficult times, while working with parents who were fearful for their kids during the initial period of uncertainty. We recently started our son back up without missing a beat. He loved going here, was always running to the door to go inside when we dropped him off, wouldn't want to leave most days when we picked him up. All the providers have been a huge part of our son's life, and we are eternally grateful for the stable and loving environment they cultivate. We have recently moved our family out of the area and were very sad to leave OLM. We're not sure we'll find another daycare that gave so much to our son. read more

Having our daughter here at OLM has been great. She really took to the providers and even mentions them when she's back at home. The facility is great and it provides everything that an in home daycare should have and more. We even donated some of our old baby toys there so other kids could enjoy them. This is an excellent facility with many new upgrades to ensure that the children are well taken care of and their needs are met. The staff works above and beyond to see that each child is given the proper care and treatment. They work closely with the parents as well to ensure that their child is being given the best care. An app called tadpole is used to better inform the parents of what went on with their child throughout the day and pictures and/ or videos are sent out throughout the day as well. Rest assured that your child will be getting the attention and nurturing that they need in order to succeed down the line. They are taught basic knowledge and are given the opportunity to learn multiple languages aside from English. Lesson plans are being made for an enriched learning environment. I can't say enough as to how pleased we are with Our Lil' Munchkins Daycare. We enrolled our daughter when she was about seven months old. It only took her a few days to adjust to being away from us. A couple things that really stood out was when we picked her up each day she was as happy as can be. That of course made us feel great as parents because she was still happy to see us. But what stood out even more was how excited she was the moment she walked through the front gate and up the driveway each morning. The message this gave us was that she was truly enjoying herself during her time at the daycare. We frequently heard her using new words and mannerisms that she learned. The caring staff was always attentive to all of our concerns, and I can't say more about how truly awesome the owners, Amir and Hajra. It is very apparent that they take great pride in running a quality, clean, and loving daycare. I recently visited the facility and is so far the best I've seen. The new facility that is going to be up and running in August is something I am looking forward to. Great location, secure and above all, a very organized curriculum for all ages. I'd really like to see it to come to play. I am very detail oriented Nd hard to please. I love this place! Everyone is very nice and treats my child (and every child there) with amazing care! This is the first daycare I've put my child in but they have put to rest any concerns I had. I get photo updates throughout the day and at the end of the day I get a report card through an app telling me what and when he ate and drank and also when he went to the bathroom. They have a really nice and clean building with a small kitchen (there's a child gate separating the kitchen from the play room), a separate room with a changing table set up and beds, and a back yard with fake grass and toys (all fenced off). The whole property is fenced in with a lock on the door and a door bell so they can let you in. The building where the kids are has a keypad door lock.
