The worst. Terrible communication. My puppy nearly died and OLL could have cared less.

We got a yellow lab from Lisa and Matt about 8 yrs ago. We just love our Recon!! we've had 3 previous labs, and one German Shepherd, and nothing against our other dogs, Recon has been the absolute best. Sweet dog and calm. He absolutely loves people and other dogs. He prefers people as they are the ones who just might carry treats. I highly Recommend OLL. They were in MN, when we got Recon. They are now in GA, and we have moved to FL. We hope to visit them at some point. read more

Lisa advertised a 2 year old female for sale.. I inquired about her to add to our family and breeding program.She claimed she had 1 litter and that was it. She Claimed she was wonderful around children, she claimed she was about to come into heat as well.. She emailed me pictures and said that these were a few weeks old and wouldn't be taking new pictures.. I got her and she was very obviously over weight and acted so scared of children, like she had never been around them. She didn't know any commands at all.. I sent her straight to the vet to get her health clearances done and the vet of course said she was over weight and was shocked at the amount or tartar she had for her age.. She finally warmed up to my children and is a sweet dog .. She honestly acted like she didn't know what affection was. My vet even voiced the same opinion.. It was rather sad. I've emailed Lisa twice with questions of the dogs history and concerns, but I have yet to hear from her. I hate leaving bad reviews on people or businesses. I truly like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but when they refuse to answer emails and it's apparent that I'm not the only one she does this to I can't in good conscious stay quiet. Hopefully this will help others make the right decision in where they get their future family member from and they will see what they may possibly have to deal with. Our family has taken the necessary steps and given this girl the love and vet care that she needed and she acts like a completely different dog. Lisa, I hope you will see this and reach back out to the emails and concerns that I've addressed in those emails. Thank you. Update: Lisa has tried to lie and tell me I'm mistaken and that they never sold me a dog.. I have all paper work to prove that I did buy the dog. She has yet to answer any questions I had concerning this dog and her health. I've now contacted The Better Business Bureau... Lisa, I have all paper work, emails from our conversation and invoice from my deposit. Here is just one of our many emails with each other. Here are 2 more emails that were written write after we got the dog home It's a shame you couldn't simply reply to my emails, or look into your files to find out who i was before saying I've never purchased a dog from you... Not just once but 3 times you stated you didn't know who I was. I hate you couldn't have just handled this professionally. Thank you Lisa. My son purchased a female puppy from this breeder in May of last year. He brought her home on Saturday. Tuesday she was diagnosed with Parvo. ICU - IV's and finally transfusions -2 - one blood one plasma. The plasma was the turn around....the problem I have is we contacted these people...our vet wrote a letter and they never responded. I just can't get over that lack of concern. It wasn't about money for us ...to be honest this dog survived and has a amazing personality - what bothers me - this puppy had parvo 3 days after we picked her up...who else lost puppies form this litter? We never heard from them. Be careful if you buy a puppy from these people. It's really all about money for them. read more

We purchased a 4 month old yellow English lab from Our Lovable Labs and we couldn't be happier. He's such an amazing addition to our small family! First off I bought a so called breeding dog from her and I was lied to about when her last heat cycle was. I was told it was 3-4 months ago and after I received her she told me she didn't have a heat cycle since her last litter over a year ago! She was very over weight and the photos I got of her showed that she was over weight but I'm decent condition. Well when I got her she was over weight and had saggy boobs which were not shown in the photos sent. She also had no idea what her name was or any basic commands. I was informed after receiving her that she was in a kennel with two other dogs and was only let out when it was time to breed or whelp puppies! So sad! I've emailed her and have yet to hear anything from her in a week. I would have expected this to be handled in a timely manner and not ignored especially since the dog was falsely advertised. Beware buying adults or even puppies from them. They tend to lie about the parents OFA results and refuse to show proof. UPDATE: dams OFA results were confused with another dog and she sent OFA hip results of dam & sire After posting my reviews I have had another person that purchased a dog from her that had many of the same problems I have had. This isn't a one time case of buyers remorse when you are lied to about the dogs looks and cycles. Just wish the seller would have disclosed the truth about the dog instead of showing me photos of the dogs that were from over a year ago before she had puppies! Obviously I would expect the dog to look exactly as the photos Since that's what I was told. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! We bought our "white" lab and fell in love with him instantly. We couldn't believe what a calm puppy we had. We thought we hit the jackpot! Come to find out, this puppy was so calm because he had parvo. We had him for four days and he spent the next week in the emergency vet at the cost of $7000. He was not around any other dogs and could not have picked this up anywhere else. We were refunded half of our $2400. Since then he has had several GI issues because of the parvo. He has to eat dog food that costs $60 a bag and still cannot have dog treats or gets so sick. Our vet is contemplating doing an intestinal transplant because our dog is not healthy at all. We have spend over $12000 on him and he is only 4 months old. He is also not a white lab. We feel we were misled. This is a yellow lab. Luckily we picked the one dog that needed to be saved but we want others to know that getting a dog from this breeder could be an extremely pricy endeavor. read more

Great people. Very good communicators. Got our chocolate girl puppy last Summer 2016. It is now 2/27/2017. Very, very healthy, Happy, Energetic and great Demeanor! Plays all day with our 3 year old lab. Great experience. Highly recommend. Will get our next Lab from Our Loveable Labs in the future. read more

I purchased my lab Jack six years ago, the family was in Minnesota. His sire and damn Sammy and Lecia. To be quite honest he was a handful as a puppy, worse than my previous four labs (Kelleygreen) He turned out to be the best dog that ever walked the planet. He is sweet, handsome, loyal, entertaining. I would not consider getting a lab from any other breeder. Best Dog Ever!!!!! read more

I purchased a beautiful white/ivory lab from Our Lovable Labs seven years ago, when this family was still in Minnesota. This dog is the best dog I have ever owned. She is very well behaved as an adult lab (all lab puppies are a bit naughty and mine was no exception!) mild mannered, loving and happy. She's always right by my side and very intuitive to your mood. Had a bad day at work or a rough day in general? She can totally sense it and is extra affectionate and snuggly. I would NEVER hesitate to purchase another lab from OLL and in fact, I'd still purchase one from them, even being in a different state. My career is in the medical field, and crosses paths with areas involving genetics quit often. Just like any two parents can randomly have a child with a heart defect with no family history of it, the same is true for dogs. A puppy can be born with a heart problem and it's literally just bad luck. I feel bad for the previous reviewer as I completely understand how devastating this situation is, however, I do not for a second believe there was some sort of neglect or wrong-doing on the breeder's behalf. Horrible situation-yes, but this is definitely a family that loves the dogs that they breed and a bad review was not warranted or helpful. If you are looking for a lab breeder, seriously do not hesitate purchasing one from them...in fact, I encourage it because my Myla is the highlight of my every day. read more

Buyer Beware. The heart condition is far more severe than any certification OFA can stand behind. OFA is not the end all be all in this situation. The only way to discover it is through a heart murmur and/OR an Echo-cardiogram. Nothing may be apparent until the Echo is done. Because our dog fainted at 12 weeks old, it was enough for us to look further for the issue, most people would ignore. I almost did. I have reports from Canine Cardiologists in Atlanta that say these dogs should not have been breed (at the very least) to each other again. We do love our puppy very much. He is a good boy with a bad heart and a life expectancy of 1-3 years. We like to tell him he has the golden heart. read more
