I have 5 shepherds one is a 13 yr old retired service dog . I have another service dog who is 7 yrs old which is also a German Shepherd. Dr. Turner and his staff has been seeing him since he was a puppy. When I need to see them when it comes to my service dog i suffer from PTSD from the military they always find a way to get him in for an appointment right away if its something serious. The receptionist Jessica is very knowledgeable and so is Jess the vet tech I think thats her style . I dont know the names of the other vet techs they work part time but they are great. I went to this store five days apart and a deceased firefish goby was still sitting in a tank decomposing. Their marine water is all on the same system to, so the water quality of all the salt water fish were affected. If you go at all, go on the days that they get their fish and corals in so that you can get them before they get put into their water. The staff were very nice, but they are a little untrained which makes issues that arise with returns difficult. Everything worked out and I can tell that they are doing the best they can- things just need to improve drastically for the poor fish.

Wanted to love dog culture and have a place to take my girls so they could play and socialize. They…read morego to unleashed dog bar all the time and love it, never have any problems with playtime there. I dropped them off for a behavioral assessment the first time and my pit mix failed, as she has an aggressive play style. We have been working for months to teach her to play better with all dogs and have socialized her a lot more since then. I brought both of them back for another assessment, explained to them they need a little time to acclimate to the new area and new dogs. Within NINE MINUTES, they called me to come pick her up and said she failed again. There was absolutely no effort on their part to try to give her a chance and acclimate and no knowledge of how dogs interact. If they had given her at least 30 minutes even, I would have been ok with the outcome but 9 minutes isn't enough to tell anything about a dog or their behavior in a new environment. It seemed as though they had a problem with her being a pitbull and saw her as a threat. I also watched the live cam at their Greenville location and they are completely overcrowded with way too many dogs in each bay. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
