I called to place the order and was told "we don't accept those any more." The expiration date is not for another week- not exactly the welcome I had expected. Was pleasantly surprised to receive the welcome packet in the mail and assorted gift certificates, including one to the local Ace Hardware. However, in following the instructions and QR code to sign up for the Our Town America app, I was most displeased to see that I also was shadow-registered for a gambling website - not cool. If Our Town America is not aware of this connection within their app, they should look into it immediately. If they are aware of this affiliation, thank you for the certificates but the fraud cost Is too great to be involved with this company. Either way, app is now deleted and account closed. read more

I was excited to get a welcome packet in the mail and hopeful to find new businesses in our area that we can check out - particularly restaurants or things to do in the area. Unfortunately the packet was filled with advertisements and offers from the same old companies that we receive on a regular basis (Hello Fresh, Wine offers, ADT security, etc...). We did get one certificate for Dunkin, which we will enjoy (hence the 2 stars instead of 1), but absolutely nothing new and exciting in our area to actually try out for the first time. read more

I'm kinda disappointed in this business this time around. When I first moved to Colorado in 2017, to Fort Collins, I got an envelope FULL of coupons to use at several businesses throughout town. A free loaf at bread, a free bottle of wine, lots of different coupons like that. But this time, I move to Loveland and I got two, count 'em...one...two...coupons. One is for $10 off a $30 or more purchase. Probably not gonna use it because it's for something I don't partake in. So only one coupon to use. I guess it's better than nothing?
