Went here last Saturday with some really terrible wisdom tooth pain. I felt like everyone in the office cared about me and wanted to help me as best they could. They didn't just look at my tooth for a second then prescribe something to get me out of there. They talked to me, asked questions and gave me some good advice on how to relieve my pain until I could get into the oral surgeon. The female doctor was so very polite and took good care of me, as well as the nurses there too. She even made copies of some local dentists/oral surgeons for me. I went to our urgent care in Saint Charles in November for a Covid test they were very efficient in the manner that they provided the test and the service that they provided I would give them many more stars than this the reason they have one star is because after my visit in November I got a bill in July that said the balance was unpaid I contacted my insurance company to discover that they had never submitted it for insurance payment in follow-up insurance company said it was paid then three months later in October I received a letter from a collection company saying that it was unpaid so obviously they are not paying attention to their billing practices. read more

Went in the week of Christmas because I had strep. I was in and out pretty quick, the visit was fine. It's the billing that is the issue! We have a BeneFLEX card (medical Mastercard issued from my husbands employer). There wasn't anything left on the card because it was the end of the year so I asked if I could be billed and pay it in January. The lady told me sure no problem. She said she had to have a card on file in case I didn't end up paying the copay, so I gave her a debit card. She told me I'd be sent a bill and assured me as long as I paid that bill, my card would not be charged. So here we are... 1/16 and my debit card was charged for the visit. There wasn't enough money in that account to cover it so I ended up with an overdraft fee and overdraft fee for a couple of $5 transaction. When I called they said they could send me a refund check in the mail and then they could charge my BeneFLEX card. They said there is nothing they can do about the fees, I have to go to my bank! What the what??? I explained I hadn't received a bill or anything else from them so I am still unsure why my card was charged, he said the bill wouldn't be sent out until February 3. Ummm.... still unclear why my card was charged when I hadn't even received a bill yet? The medical service wasn't bad but I'll NEVER go there again since they don't seem to care about making things right when they make a mistake. So frustrating. read more

First of all the doctor and nurse were great, this rating is completely based on how gross this place was. The bathroom wasn't clean and the trash was over flowing, no soap in the dispenser. The exam room had so much mud on the floor, the staff didn't wear gloves when handling me. It was VERY VERY clear no one cleaned since I was the 3 person with an appointment at the beginning of the day. read more

Legit. I came down with ebola last week (just kidding it was actually sinusitis...sinus infection) and decided to cash out an hour early at work and have my man drive me to an urgent care. I'd never been to one before but I figured it was a (hopefully) fast way to see a doctor and hopefully get some antibiotics or medicine in general to treat my infection. Cheaper than the ER and less wait, for sure.... this particular urgent care looks like it used to be a fast food restaurant or something. I had to fill out a shitton of paperwork but kind of unavoidable in doctor offices, lol. I only sat there for about 15 mins or so and it was mostly doing paperwork. As soon as I finished, and she processed my DL and insurance cards and stuff, I got to see a doctor! Well technically I think she might have been a nurse practitioner or something but either way she was cool and they faxed my Rx to the pharmacy of my choice and it was ready within 15 mins. Pretty badass. It *is* like a fast food place...for prescriptions....sorta. Anyway. I'd recommend this location based on my experience but then again there was only 1 other person in the entire waiting room at the time I arrived (around 3:30pm on a Wednesday) so maybe it sucks if it gets busier. They don't take appointments, it's walk-in only. Oh yeah and they took at least one of my insurance cards meaning my trip was free. Baller! Weird that they have such terrible reviews on Google Reviews but I guess maybe some people had bad customer service. Mine wasn't over-the-top friendly but they weren't rude either. Only minor concern is that the doctor/nurse/person didn't tell me that my antibiotics could prevent my birth control pills from working which is totally true (my friend learned the hard way....) so at least I came armed with that prior knowledge. I think if you are capable of figuring out what might be wrong with you, this place is pretty good. I went there in May. I had a sinus infection. I waited in the exam room for about 45 minutes because the nurse practitioner or doctor or whatever was "on hold" with a phone call about another patient. I could hear her on phone and she didn't come in to see me until about 20 minutes after her conversation ended. She did spend about 5 of those minutes in the other room with the other patient. When she came in to see me she had crumbs all over her front. She was kind and courteous. The worst part came when I recently went to my own doctor to find out that three medications I have never taken, heard of or have the conditions these meds are used for were added to my chart as mrdications I am allergic to. They were added at the time if my visit to Our Urgent Care. read more

I twisted my knee on Sunday night and went to Our Urgent Care in ST. Charles on Monday morning. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving and had an x-ray not long after being taken to the exam room. I was very pleased with the entire process. I like that I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and sympathetic. Overall, a pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation. read more

Came in here because of a terrible sore throat on a Sunday, and it was the closest location to me. I was seen quickly and the staff was very friendly. I told them I had a really bad sore throat, and they immediately did a rapid strep test, which was positive. They asked if I was allergic to any medications, and called my pharmacy right away to send my prescription. I received my first dose on a Sunday, which was fantastic because I was ready for the work week. I love that they had a student in there, too. Not sure why, just do. I would definitely visit here again for QUICK care!! read more

A used car dealer in a sketchy part of town would probably be more helpful. Do not go here! I went there on a Sunday because I hurt my arm in a slight mishap the previous week. Only one other person was there, yet in spite of that they spent next to no time misdiagnosing me and prescribing medication I didn't need. Everyone was also incredibly rude and condescending, except when i was leaving. Then I made the mistake of going back little under a week later, when it was bit more obvious what was wrong. I should have just cut my losses and went somewhere else. I with treated with a "you're not supposed to come back" type of reaction. And I was there for over an hour as they ran a bunch of tests that more than likely weren't needed. The doctor spoke to me for a few seconds and said "I don't know, you probably tore some muscles" and then just offered to prescribe more stuff. They never admitted to misdiagnosing me the first time. There was not even a slight apology for the inconvenience. And then when I went to their online "patient portal", the misdiagnosis was still listed active there as well, my awful experience and their rudeness mocking me even now that I've more or less healed, no thanks to them. Also, I think their doctors desperately need to work on communication skills. read more

I stopped here to get what I thought would be a simple courtesy blood pressure check. They refused to do it without my being seen as a patient which mean't several pages of paperwork and my co pay amount. The person behind the curtain (okay sliding opaque window) was about as friendly and pleasant as your state prison guard. Beware! Regardless, I refused to pay to find out if I had a medical need. What they didn't understand is that had it been determined I had an elevated BP I would have been happy to pay up and be treated. But I'll be damned if I'm going to drop $50 bucks to find out. For Pete's sake. Whatever happened to reason. As it turned out they got nothing and so did I. Unless you're bleeding out I would recommend moving on to somewhere else. By the way, there wasn't one other patient there, which given my experience does not surprise me. read more

I was seen at Our Urgent Care in St.Charles for strep throat because my primary doctor couldn't get me in and I figured that Urgent care was quicker than the ER. I didn't have to wait very long after filling out the paperwork to get called into a room. The workers were very nice and asked me my symptoms. They did a strep test which came back positive so the Nurse Practitioner prescribed me an antibiotic which they electronically sent to the pharmacy of my choice. I was in and out in about 30 mins which was great considering how badly I felt. I had a good experience with this Urgent care and have recommended it to a few friends and co-workers. read more

Fast, friendly service! We took my, then 18month old, son to the St. Charles location after he fell and split open his eyebrow on the corner of an end table. Panic stricken by all of the blood and trying to calm him down while his eye was covered in blood, my husband suggested we take him to the Our Urgent Care facility. We were greeted right away and did not have to wait long. The doctor came into the room and explained that he could either glue or stitch the opening closed. We choice to have it stitched and they were very gentle and quick! The staff was very compassionate and helped me calm him down, they allowed me to touch him and talk to him while the doctor stitched him up in no time! We were in and out in less than an hour and on our way like nothing happened an only paid our copay! I would definitely recommend this facility for these type of emergency visits. We would've been waiting in the hospital ER for 3 or more hours! read more

I went there because they are covered under my insurance. Much to my surprise they do NOT staff/have on duty a physician. Only had a LPN on duty. Did not find that out until I was already in the patient room. I called my doctor on her exchange and she talked to the LPN. I will NOT be back, it was not worth my co-pay. Please check before you go. On another note, the girl behind the glass looked like and acted like she didn't even want to be there. read more

Incredible comprehensive and efficient care. Thank you Our Urgent Care, St. Charles! I was visiting Missouri from the West Coast and found a cold/flu etc. getting worse. I heard crackling with my breathing and felt lethargic. I'd never used an urgent care center before. The visit exceeded all expectations. Kind and knowledgeable staff greeted me, listened to my concerns, collected my medical/insurance info and I was meeting with the site doctor within 10 minutes. Dr. Hagos provided focused listening, examined my symptoms and provided 4 necessary prescriptions for what ended up being diagnosed as acute bronchitis/upper respiratory infection (a first for me).
