I took my son here because he had a wart on his foot. We went 2 times and the "treatment" literally…read moredid nothing. Fast forward and we get a bill for hundreds of dollars because they billed the appointments as though he received a surgical procedure which he did not. The Dr. was in the room with us for maybe 7 minutes and slathered a cream on my son's foot and put a bandage on it and that was it. They also said I only paid half of what I actually paid at the time of the appointment. I contacted insurance and they suggested I file an appeal with the drs office and the insurance company. When I called the drs office the billing department said they could not do anything since insurance paid the claim but when I told them about the appeal o was filing with insurance she then said she could submit it to be reviewed by the billing manager. If you go here, pay attention to the billing department or you may end up overpaying. Oddly enough I got a phone call shortly after I posted this preview and I figured I'd come back to share that a phone number from "china mainland" called me and it was someone calling from the billing department at advanced bone and joint... totally bizarre.

I lucked out as Zach, the owner, just happened to be at this location for the day. The appointment was very straightforward to book and communication with Zach was very easy. The office itself is fairly simple to find and very clean and modern inside. Since this was my first visit, I had purchased a new patient package that included a discounted Dexa and 3D body scan. I'm a very analytical person when it comes to my health, so I thought this would be great information! The two scans took no more than 15 minutes and I had the data printed out nicely in a folder. Zach then went above and beyond carefully going through all of the data, while also giving a lot of input of how it all relates to my everyday life. The attention to detail was more than what I could've asked for. The whole process took a little less than a hour. At the end of the appointment, I had already committed to a larger package that included several follow up scans to make sure I am progressing towards my goals from the Dexa. My experiences with urgent care facilities has been fair at best. Until now. I went to Total Access on Mexico road on a Monday morning. I was able to make an appt online beforehand. The site claimed this would eliminate having to wait. It was true. I walked in ten minutes before my appt time, and was greeted friendly and professionally. Within one minute of filling out my admittance form, they called me in. My vitals were taken immediately, and I waited no more than 2-3 minutes before the doctor came in. She examined me, and also talked to me about what was going on, my health history, etc. She diagnosed me correctly and ordered a shot and two prescriptions. The shot was given to me within a couple of minutes and then they came in with my prescriptions! Filled on site. No need to call in to a pharmacy and make another trip. I was out in less than 20 minutes, took my meds and was feeling better in just a couple of hours. If that wasn't enough, three days later I received a call from them just checking in to make sure I was feeling better and the mess worked! Total Access was total professional and everyone there was lovely to deal with. I cannot recommend this place high enough - even if you have to drive an extra few miles or so, this place is the best!

Walked in for appt was taken back w/in 5 min of scheduled time. Seen by nurse practitioner and doc came in before I left as well to see if I had questions and understood diagnosis. They didn't tell me they wouldn't do a 3T without it being on the Drs order when I spoke to them about making sure that was what I was getting. Had they done that I would have gladly called the Drs office and had the order updated. Now, the image is not of a high enough quality to do the image comparison with my parents to see if I have the same concerns they do. Was told nothing they would do about it other than me going through the whole process again and of course having to pay the full amount as it's a new year and my deductible has been reset. When i called Rayus to report the Medicare fraud, they claimed the account did not exist-- despite me giving the account number from their billing letter. Was greeted warmly and immediately brought back after checking in. Assistant was in and checking vitals and symptoms within in under 5 minutes. Swabbed me 3 times for flu, strep. This time I was seen within minutes. I gave the co-pay and she took my blood. The used a thick rubber band to take my bloodwork. The wrap she used afterwards was the elastic type I appreciate (doesn't stick to my Wookiee arm hair). Then quick bathroom visit (regular labs) and I was done. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes and highly professional care.
