Lady that answered (believe her name was Emily) then asked what my symptoms were and helped me get an appt within 2 hrs of my call. I filled out the paperwork that was sent to me via text. Walked in for appt was taken back w/in 5 min of scheduled time. Seen by nurse practitioner and doc came in before I left as well to see if I had questions and understood diagnosis. I called Latonya her card is on the desk told her I couldn't wait long as I had fasting I'm a diabetic and needed to eat soon. That call was 7:53am still didn't get back until 810 which shows how much they care about their patients. After that phone call, Gwen came out and essentially yelled at everyone saying how appointments are precedent over anyone else however, there were people there in the waiting room with appointments. They had been waiting well over 45 minutes past their appointment time. When Gwen called me back to the room finally she was very cold rude unfriendly and just looked extremely angry to be there. This is someone that takes a needle to you. I don't think she should be we working with people.

Quite literally a lifestyle changing experience at my first visit with Zach at DexaFit. I traveled…read moreup to the St. Peter's location as it is not as booked out as the town and country one. I lucked out as Zach, the owner, just happened to be at this location for the day. The appointment was very straightforward to book and communication with Zach was very easy. The office itself is fairly simple to find and very clean and modern inside. Since this was my first visit, I had purchased a new patient package that included a discounted Dexa and 3D body scan. I'm a very analytical person when it comes to my health, so I thought this would be great information! The two scans took no more than 15 minutes and I had the data printed out nicely in a folder. Zach then went above and beyond carefully going through all of the data, while also giving a lot of input of how it all relates to my everyday life. The attention to detail was more than what I could've asked for. The whole process took a little less than a hour. At the end of the appointment, I had already committed to a larger package that included several follow up scans to make sure I am progressing towards my goals from the Dexa. The technician I had was very thorough, took her time and was super personable. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and that I was aware of all that she was doing and we had a nice conversation during the entire ultrasound. I highly recommend.
