Used another eviction service previously, but LVL was head and shoulders above them, and it wasn't even close. I will definitely use LVL again.

After that, I continued receiving follow-up messages encouraging me to pay for a $50 consultation. At that point, I realized this was not a company I could trust for accurate guidance. While they were eager to have me hire their services, my experience did not reflect the level of care or attention I expected from a firm handling serious legal matters. When you're dealing with something as important as a landlord-tenant issue, accurate information is critical. I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price.
