After several calls with the surly owner they finally came out and finished the job properly this time, with two new plumbers who were well prepaired, polite and efficient. No Bill was ever sent to my home and finally when the bill arrived 6 months late they assessed over 60 dollars in late fees because they never invoiced me on time. When I called to ask how they got my information, they acted like it was no big deal and said they probably did work for me before and their new system got mixed up. After that disappearing act, I didn't bother to try and contact him, (though my builder did with no response) I'm done with Grant Plumbing. I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from.
