I have given a couple of great reviews to outcast pizza. Last Sunday got a pizza to go and opened when I got home to a burned pizza. Not just crispy, burnt. I tried to find a way to contact outcast other than in public but they have no way to contact them so here I am. I left a message on some phone they had listed but never heard back. I also shared some bbq wings, pizza fries, and the cinnamon sugar knots. all of them were not the greatest, the pizza fries were terrible. waffle fries with pepperoni on top, the cinnamon sugar knots would have been really good if it was served with some type of icing. and the wings were actually decent even though im not a big fan of wings. Stopped in tonight and the placed was slammed. The staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone was hustling. There are TVs with sports playing all over the restaurant. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes from the time I placed the order until the food was ready, and they were not busy at all. That seems to be pretty standard based on other reviews. Folks working there were very friendly though and I wasn't in a huge hurry. Got the 3 way wings which were very good. Had the BBQ Butt and Supreme pizzas which were good but not excellent. My family and I are in town for the week visiting and wanted to have the best pizza in town, so we went to the place with the highest rating. We called in a large pepperoni pizza and margarita pizza, garlic knots, and a Cobb salad. We were told they were busy so it would be an hour and a half wait. We were perfectly fine with this and agreed to the order. We picked up the order when we were told it would be ready and received freezing cold food. The pepperoni pizza was very greasy and had no sauce on it. The margarita pizza contained lots of sauce but had zero cheese on it and 3 tomato slices on the entire large pizza. Upon reviewing the picture of the margarita pizza on the website it is clear that mozzarella cheese is supposed to come on the pizza. Our only hope was to drown the pizza in the 3 ranches we paid for, however they were missing from the order. Further, our garlic knots were hard as a rock and we had to throw them away. And lastly, the Cobb salad was missing the bacon and egg from it. My nanas favorite part of the Cobb salad. Very disappointed in this visit, and hate that we spent $90 dollars and tipped on an order that we had to end up mostly throwing away. read more

These guys are doing a lot of business, and are very busy. This was our second visit there for pick up. We ordered four pizzas, were told they would be ready in an hour and 15 min. Showed up to pick them up, couldn't find the order initially, then had to wait another 20+minutes. They tasted rushed to get out and ehh at best. First visit, pizzas were amazing. Ordered a large to go pizza. Was told it would be an hour. Arrived 15 minutes early and checked to see if the pizza was done. I was told another 10-15 minutes. As I sat there, at least 3 pizzas, not mine, were added to the warmer by the reception counter. Thirty minutes after I arrived I was handed my pizza.
