Turns out he did and showed up on time. Very professional, asked a few questions about the circumstances that may have caused the issue. Once on the scene he proceeded to check the outlets and determined that the wall switch that controlled the outlets had been turned off inadvertently. Turned the switch on and power restored. Lyndy was here about 15 minutes and would not charge me for the service call. In fact he wouldn't take any money. Most contractors charge you for a service call and travel time. Stamp Electric is a great company. I highly recommend them.

After he began working, he discovered that the new chandelier was too heavy for the existing hardware in the ceiling. Ray left to go to the hardware store to get the appropriate parts and didn't charge me anything extra for his time - even though it wasn't his fault. I was extremely satisfied with the work he did. After he was done the work, I asked him about upgrading my electrical panel, something a general contractor had previously told me my house needs. After reviewing my electrical system, Ray advised against doing the heavy up. Turns out the older wiring in my house was the problem, not my electrical panel, so a heavy up wouldn't fix my issue. Ray could have easily perform the work I asked and billed me thousands of dollars for something I didn't need. I was very impressed with his honesty and candor.
