And everything after that was great--good communication, reliable scheduling, adaptability in the face of an unforeseen problem, and good work. We're very glad we chose them.

Matt and Kevin were so knowledgeable with Calvert County codes and regulations and offered a wonderful rendering to address the codes and safety! The price was fair and we plan on making them our go-to for our quoted project and many more projects! We love that they gave us a fair price upfront and didn't bargain with us once we said we could not do the project at that time. We asked several friends who each have successful landscape companies in different states and they confirmed the quote we received from Lawn Artist was very fair. We gave Kevin and Matt several inspiration pictures and the rendering we received more than met our expectations so much so that we are putting off saving for a needed kitchen renovation to save for this project instead. The price was also discussed and confirmed three times before the work started. They initially asked for more while cutting the tree, but eventually agreed to honor the lower price we had originally discussed. I'd recommend sticking to the agreed price once confirmed rather than renegotiating during the job. Otherwise, the pruning and cleanup were solid.

He was able remove the poison ivy same day! I was so relieved because I had been so scared to go near the garden area that had poison ivy for months. It's my first time dealing with poison ivy. I called several landscaping and ivy removal companies but he was the most responsive. He was also very kind and walked throughout my entire yard to double check if there were more spots where poison ivy was growing. There was one area in the backyard where I thought poison ivy had grown but he quickly identified it as another ivy. Overall the experience was quick and pleasant. He also offered the best value!
