Let me start by this... I'm a 39 year old LEO/Vet, I have never posted a review about anything before. My experience was such dog water that I had to share to save someone out there money. I have been paint balling 10 times over the last 20 years. I've had awesome experiences most times I've gone...I've actually been to this location about 8 years ago. Well I believe there was a change of ownership or change of management...but wow. What a disappointment. My son turned 16 and I decided to bring 24 people friends and family members here. First off, every one of the "referee's" give off a "I don't want to be here vibe". They were short and condescending when questions were asked, and favored "regular" players. I walked in and purchased 8,000 balls. The first 5 matches, were on the same course. It was small and all we played was team elimination. I literally felt the referees were conspiring to make everyone was their paint in order to make more money. I asked the referee if we could play an objection game, he blew me off. I asked if we could change courses, they told me no. I believe this location advertises they have 12 courses, we played 4 all day long...huge disappointment. Third complaint, I also asked what I believed to be the manager...could we play a match where our observers can actually watch a game? Can they wear masks and sit to the side? Can we play on the course which is near the rest area so they can watch their kids / friends play? Blew me off. I will never go back here. read more

DO NOT come here if this is your first time paintballing. We had made reservations for a group of 10 people. Thought we were booked for a private party for 2 hours but we were booked as "walk-ins". I got this as a gift for my siblings 30th birthday and it was a tragic mess lol... We expressed to the workers that majority of our group were first timers and we asked if it was possible to upgrade to a private group. Unfortuntaly they had another private group coming in 1.5 hours from then... Still not sure why we couldn't be upgraded for 1.5 hours though? They ended up putting our group against a group of regulars who were VERY experienced. We all got brutally shot right away... Everyone in my group was in pain and super upset. We couldnt even tell who was on the opposite team because people just kept joining the games at the last minute after we were already set up. We thought these guys were spectaters, until they nailed us in the neck with paintballs. ALSO, there guns are MUCH more powerful then the rentals. Some guys had there personal guns set to automatic... A lot of us walked away with bruises all of our body (mostly our necks). These guys would continue shooting us even when we raised our hands and gun up, showing that we were already out. We barely had time to shoot our own guns because these exprience players shot us immeditaly and accurately. Our rental guns barely even worked. The paintballs would fall out and leave us empty (great waste of money there). The guns would jam up. We basically drove an hour and half and paid a ton of money to get our asses kicked lol... I hate to leave such a negative review, but my group had a terrible experience and we all left not having the fun we expected. The workers were very nice but there wasn't much help for our first time. I'm sure it's a great place to go to if you have your own equipment and lots of experience under your belt. But I wouldn't recommend coming here if this is your first time paintballing. read more

Oh man, where to start. This field has one of the best crowds for airsoft ever. Seriously, the community is accommodating and friendly. The games are exciting and fun! Aiden and Luke are awesome at running games an engaging players. They read the field, are friendly and professional, and really make sure we are all safe and having a blast!!!! read more

Horribly it's so bad the kids hated it the guns are bad to the stuff is way to pricy and the dude workin was horrible yelled at my kid for picking up a mask that was expensive but in the store what do you expect it's in a store where kids walk and look around horrible read more

Linglestown paintball Games, formerly known as Fox Hole Paintball is totally decent place to ahve fun, wether you're a noob or a pro. 40 dollars gets you an all day pass. these guys have been around for a long time and have always been fun to play at. they have a field off of Wenrich street in Linglestown. you get, paintball gun, mask, Co2 fill up, and 500 paintballs and access to the dozen or so playing areas they have, on over 35 acres, some fields are: trenches, castle, camp cody, birm, lil baghdad, lumberjack and san juan hill. the family that runs it is pretty nice. Way way back in the day when i was 19 and 20 we used to go here often, they'd supply lunch too (which was like a sloppy joe, crackers, chips and so forth) another note: please bring very warm clothing, multiple layers is suggested, you will get cold quick. and it's good to have those disposable heat packs too. dont bring any nice clothes because you get dirty and muddy real fast. plus the paintballs hurt like mad crazy when you get shot, so the more clothes = less impact. read more

First time at a commercial paintball place and we had a good time. Staff was accommodating, efficient and professional. On top of their safety checks. Lots of battlefields. Capture the flag and elimination. Decent mix of noobies and experienced guys made for good teams and experience. Rented equipment and had no problems with it. read more

We had my son's 13th birthday there yesterday and what an excellent place to have a party. We did the low impact so I wasn't sending kids home that weren't mine with welts and it was just as fun. I'd highly recommend for someone unsure of having a party for kids. We had 3 adults that played as well and we loved it. Hunter & Curly were our ref's and they were terrific. Asking what we wanted to do and what course the boys wanted to play on. They were also very accommodating with our time. They didn't have a group booked after us so as long as we had paint we played. It was a great time and all the kids loved it! Our group already wants to book another date. Thanks again for a great time!! read more

This place is under new ownership. It just going to keep getting better! The staff are a mix of professional refs and passionate paintball players. Work is getting done constantly here to upgrade the player experience. I highly recommend checking this place out, you will have a blast. I've been going back-and-forth on how to start this review and I have no idea so I'm just gonna jump right into it. I'm hoping we just caught the staff here on an off day. They didn't really know what they were doing. We walked in paid field fees got a case of paint and we had to prompt the guy to give us the safety waivers so we could sign them to actually go and play on the field. Also on the lines of safety, we were never given a safety briefing while we were there. Also we asked to be chronoed but I fully think if we didn't ask we would not have been chronoed in (which isn't a huge deal but should be noted). On those lines, there was someone firing hot without a doubt, I've played for awhile I know the difference. Not okay. There was also more than one time that the ref they had was just throwing rocks in the middle of the game. That was just when we were actually playing because there was about 20 minutes in between each game of nothingness. I did crack and finally said something to the main man in charge who was super nice and the only reason there is two stars here and not one. When we did actually play we only used 3 fields out of the 13 fields they have there. I really don't like leaving poor reviews but I'm doing this in hopes that this is dealt with because I was beyond livid leaving there. I also left out a couple other things that to my knowledge were handled already. As I said before I really hope they just had an off day and that this whole ordeal is not the norm. read more
