The ongoing harassment (monthly inspections) and lack of common courtesy was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Not to mention, their actions were illegal! In short, my college son moved to attend Utah Tech. I co-signed and rented him a fully furnished 3bdrm/2bath. My son was not present during the initial renting phase; I handled everything myself in person. PM was aware of our plan to add two roommates in the coming months. I understood they would need to complete an application to be added to the lease. A few months later his roommates arrived and went into the office to be added to the lease. They were immediately declined an application and told they would not qualify. I'll spare the outrageous details but disclose this fact: they were 100% discriminated against based on age, race, and religion. They even told me my son's girlfriend could not be added to the lease because they are not married. When I confronted the legality behind these actions they offered to let us out of the lease. While that was not a solution, I immediately moved my son to another home because it was clear they would never be treated fairly. To add insult to injury, they kept my entire $1900 deposit after I paid professional cleaners, who detailed the home and professionally cleaned the carpets, $1000. They inflated the cost of alleged missing and damaged items to no end. They treated us like trash! It was so bad that I reached out to a neighbor to contact the property owner, directly. Long story short, the home owners are no longer using RPM. Avoid this unethical, closed-minded company at all cost! I should be taking legal action but its not worth my time or energy.

Little did I now, I now owe them $340 for considering me as an applicant. The units were built with the cheapest materials available and are overpriced. I was quoted $2200 for a 2 bed 2 bath unit, ended up in a 3 bed 2.5 bath for $1850 through a different company. I cannot believe I owe them $340 for what, a background check? I looked at greystar reviews in other areas since these black ridge townhomes had no reviews, and it all makes sense. They're a terrible company and their vacancies prove it. 14 units available when I was looking. They were offering 2 months free rent to get me in, and then they slap on $500/month if you don't renew your lease for another 12+ months. I'm out $340 now for literally nothing. I'm furious and will never recommend these units to anyone.

On the exact same day I put the tickets in Kimmy escalated the ticket for my fridge and Adian came in like an hour afterwards. I had the fridge repaired in 3 hours. Later on I received a call from Carlee explaining that the internet connection was due to something from the provider and they were working with them to hopefully have a fix for tomorrow. In all my years of renting I've never had such quick and professional treatment for my problems as I have here. I highly recommend them :)

We couldn't believe the service he provided for a very modestly priced home. We gave him very specific needs that we wanted and then I don't know how many times we changed them on him. He had information lightening fast to us, he would update us in a timely manner, he did research on the properties we were interested in and apprised us of any pros/cons we should consider. This is a second home and so we didn't know the area well. He gave us solid advise on negotiating and recommended a price for the property that we finally did purchase that was below what we thought they would consider. However, because, I believe at least in part, he clearly knew the real estate market in the area, the offer was accepted! I honestly can't say enough complimentary things about his professionalism, his knowledge, his insights and his patience as we continually moved the target. Highly, highly recommend him!
