Highly discourage going here. When I arrived, the towel to place my head on was dirty and had long black hairs on it. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, she tried starting the procedure without asking what type I wanted. When I asked if we should discuss, she was like, "oh yeah," and laughed. She had to take the tape off my lower lashes 3 times and my left eye was twitching and watering so much she couldn't go on with the procedure. When she finally did, I told her it was really hurting just the one eye because the tape was shoving into my eyelid. She told me, "I don't want to hear that it hurts." Very disappointed. I went for my first time ever and they looked great upon leaving. I was very excited. However, 3 days later they started falling out one by one, By day 5 they were all gone. I went in for my re-fill and explained how disappointed I was (they are supposed to last at least 2 weeks...) and she did not once apologize or try to explain what could have happened. She said "well you can get a refill still from your groupon but you can't get a full set. I asked if she could do a bit more than a re-fill since they all fell out so fast and she bluntly said no and that I can get another full set for full price. I found Outlaw Lash on Groupon and based on my first experience have now been going to get my lash extensions for almost a year. Though the salon is small it super stylie and comfortable. I think her prices are very good I used to go to The Blink Bar and spent way too much for my extensions. That is why I tried the Groupon. Sara has gotten my lashes through my many weeks of Chemo when I lost all of my hair (face and body). My lashes are back and better than before in part due to Sara's expertise. She knows how far your natural lashes can take the extensions. My lash extensions look great and they continue to do so for the two weeks between my repeat appointments. If you want to keep your actual eyelashes, avoid getting them done here. After a week half of them had already fallen off and were twisted. Many of the fakes ones were glued to several of my natural lashes instead of each individual eyelash. There were so poorly done, that literally every time I blinked they would poke my lids. Plus Sara wasn't very careful when they were stuck to my bottom lashes, she basically just ripped them apart from each other. When i literally had chunks of my natural lashes just hanging and swinging into my eyeball by some glue and my other lid was so irritated by some of them poking it, I decided I had to get them removed which was not a fun experience either and I swear she just plucked some of my eyelashes out at one point. (oh and the first time i tried to get them removed, she took another patient before me bc i was 5 minutes late when mind you our previous 2 appts, she was late both times, even though when she looked at my lashes, I pointed out the chunk that was swinging into my eyeball and an irritated upper eyelid from the poking, she didnt seem to care) I had my suspicions they weren't going to last when she told I should come back in 2 weeks for a refill. 2 weeks? that's it? My other lashes would last for 3 weeks at the very mininum. I have many other complaints, but long story short, they were maybe the worst application I have ever gotten done and Im left with a scarce amount of natural lashes just 3 weeks later. Very upset. Oh, and she apparently has a rule that she only applies as many lashes as she can in an hour. So if you're deal says you get up to 70 per eye, prepare to get only get 30-40. read more

I used a Groupon to try out lash extensions, just for fun and they were just okay. When I got there, the lash technician never introduced herself to me, didn't really say hello or anything. She made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward. She asked me what kind of look I was going for, and then informed me that with my Groupon only a "natural" set of lashes was included. That's fine but why does it not say that ANYWHERE on the Groupon, and what was the point of even bothering to ask me what I wanted? Lash application was very quick and easy, but my lashes were SO sparse and some stuck out at odd angles. At no time was any maintenance/aftercare discussed; I learned how to take care of them from the internet when I got home. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to going back for a fill, but since it was included, I did. Same awkwardness and unfriendliness from the lash technician (who's name I still never got). I arrived right on time for my appointment , but still waited 30 minutes. I really loved how my lashes looked after the fill, but now (about a week later) I'm realizing she really only "filled" one eye, so now I'm lopsided as my lashes continue to shed. I'm so mad that I spent my money here, because I was SO appalled at the service. LONG STORY SHORT: the lashes were just ok, would not recommend to a friend, and I would NEVER come back here. Next time, I'll research better and spend a bit more for a lash technician who is actually friendly and informative. read more

It this place a joke? I've had noting but problems with this place and wasted both time and money here! When booking my first appointment they did not want to take my Groupon, ok fine. 5 min after making my lash appointment Sara calls me back asking to push it from 9 am to 10 or 11. I explain to her that I have a kid and that I need to drop off at pre school then get to work by 11 am so it's gotta be 9am. She says ok. She arrived 25 min late. I'm sitting on the street waiting and may I say she barely apologetic.. it's costing me both time and money to get here.. wth! I ask her if she has a cold maybe? Oh no no not at all, she replies. Next appointment 2 weeks later, this time 9:30 am. Again had to pay for Uber's and extra time at pre school only to be here!
