First, for your information, I have worked in the beauty, fashion and entertainment industry for over 35 years, and I contribute my success to a standard of excellence and professionalism. I have also had lash lifts/tints at other salons with great results at half the price. --Your lash lift/tint did not last more than a week, when it should last 4-6. I have had the same service at other salons for $80 when you charge $160. --You were treating another client in the bed next to me at the same time. Eye infections are HIGHLY contagious and you did not wash your hands or sanitize between two clients getting lash treatments--this is absolutely unacceptable. --Your technique is heavy handed; I have never had an esthetician tell me to relax during my prior lash services. You told me 2x which only made my experience more uncomfortable. --I paid you $160 the week prior to my appointment. I was surprised that you had the audacity to ask for another $10 at the end of my service saying that it took longer. The only reason it took longer is because you were doing another client at the same time. I gave you an extra $20 as I just wanted to leave immediately. --Lastly, I sent you a text the day following my service to ask for your email and you never responded which is simply unprofessional. Perhaps to make amends, you will reimburse my American Express credit card.

I never felt fully satisfied with them and would still end up using brow makeup to correct them ( which defeats the purpose of getting your brows microbladed and/or tattooed ). My lash girl had her brows done by Ally so I decided to get a consultation with her after my lashes. Ally was a perfectionist and you knew she knew what she was doing within 15 mins of her drawing on my potential brows. I literally made my appt that day and put down a deposit. Flash forward to the day of our ombré brows procedure and Ally spent maybe 30-45 mins drawing on my brows until it was PERFECT. She's knowledgeable of her service and craft, she's funny, she's cool and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Yes, she used numbing cream and there was only slight discomfort in the beginning when she had to break the skin to get the numbing cream to absorb into the skin. I absolutely LOVE my brows. I repeat, LOVE MY BROWS. I came back recently after quarantine for my touchup and I healed in about a week. I'm asian with minimal brows and now I wake up to a full arch and brows that look like I already have makeup on.
