I have never posted a negative review, until now. NOTE: I sent two emails to Kelly, the owner of Lash Nature to respond so that I could avoid posting this. That was two weeks ago and she never responded. Here's my review: I had a lash lift and tint with you on Monday, August 3 and I'm going to share my opinion of your service. First, for your information, I have worked in the beauty, fashion and entertainment industry for over 35 years, and I contribute my success to a standard of excellence and professionalism. I have also had lash lifts/tints at other salons with great results at half the price. --Your lash lift/tint did not last more than a week, when it should last 4-6. I have had the same service at other salons for $80 when you charge $160. --You were treating another client in the bed next to me at the same time. Eye infections are HIGHLY contagious and you did not wash your hands or sanitize between two clients getting lash treatments--this is absolutely unacceptable. --Your technique is heavy handed; I have never had an esthetician tell me to relax during my prior lash services. You told me 2x which only made my experience more uncomfortable. --I paid you $160 the week prior to my appointment. I was surprised that you had the audacity to ask for another $10 at the end of my service saying that it took longer. The only reason it took longer is because you were doing another client at the same time. I gave you an extra $20 as I just wanted to leave immediately. --Lastly, I sent you a text the day following my service to ask for your email and you never responded which is simply unprofessional. I have to share my experience with Lash Nature. I was very excited to get my lashes done for my wedding day! But once I arrived to the location the interaction started off weird, not very inviting. I disregarded it and showed who I believe is the owner my inspo pics from her page and we decided on the Classic Natural. The application was fine and when I saw the results I did feel it was very minimal for the $140 price I was paying so I debated getting a Classic full set, but she said she had someone else coming and I couldn't wait due to wedding errands. Overall I felt misjudged by the owner as she made an unnecessary comment that my face was so wide and that perhaps the full set was out of my budget. Mind you she takes a non-refundable $50 deposit prior to scheduling and cancels your appt if you don't send her the money. I ended up messaging her that same evening to see if we can schedule to fill in my lashes more and she ghosted me. I ended up wearing falsies for my wedding day and her extensions fell off within the next 2 days! If I had known this would be my experience, I would have definitely shopped around more and gone somewhere else! read more

I'm only in town for the weekend and this took up my opportunity to see someone better, or at least with a better work ethic and professionalism. My lashes also last well for up to 4 weeks (as long as you follow her care instructions, yours should too). The salon is clean, quiet, calm and very chill. Kelly is an angel on Earth!! Not only is she incredibly skilled at her profession, but she is also so kind, empathetic and truly cares about your satisfaction. I got a lash lift at another salon before I knew about Kelly's salon, and unfortunately they really over processed and damaged my lashes. My lashes were so spidery and over-curled that they hurt my eyes every time I had them open. I was desperate to get them fixed, but no one would help, until I was lucky enough to call Kelly! She was so patient and understanding on the phone. I appreciated her honesty when she told me she could not guarantee treatment due to the potential of further damaging my eyelashes, but that she would take a look. I was so grateful that she was willing to see me! When I arrived, she gave my lashes a thorough assessment, and before you know it, she gave me the lashes of my dreams!!
