Had a lady back into me at Mcdonalds and needed someone to fix the damage. My son recommended this place and I am glad he did. After so called the insurance company and made my initial contact the guys at Outlaw did the rest. I never had to deal with the lady's insurance company again. They worked with my schedule, brought me a rental car to my place of work and even dropped my truck off after it was done. The work looks great and my truck looks new again. Really appreciated the detail in of the inside and outside of my truck. A nice surprise! I've got another vehicle with some self inflicted wounds that I will be getting fixed as soon as my tax money comes in. Don't bring your car here! I only gave it a one because I had to to write this post. They are crooks! They steal your car for months (I was lucky I got mine back but only after I got the police involved), they don't fix it and leave your car in worse condition than when you gave it to them. They are pieces of shit. They have felony charges filed against them and multiple warrants out for their arrest. read more

Ok this is not a bash on the owners. just to get that out there. However that being said the PDR service is not impressive at all. It is 2/15/17 and I received a text, yes a text that my car is finally finished. They have had it since end of Sept. 2016. 5 1/2 months. The problem I have is that the work minus the PDR side is not done professionally. Its sub'd out to mom and dump body shops that can't paint for crap, and have zero professionalism. I was also told that they had to take my rental back. They have been paying my rental since the end of Sept. I'm sure it is a hefty bill. On top of trying to take my rental car when they delivered my car as done, it was not done. The clear coat was peeling, my antenna was broke, there were paint spots were darker paint was dripped on the paint job. Still tried to tell me that it was drivable and that they would finish at a later date. NO. That's not how you run a business. Customer service isn't great either. The owners GF literally is the one handling the communication, and she doesn't seem to understand. If I had a business and tried to deliver your car unfinished and looking like crap, would you accept it. I will take pictures tonight or tomorrow after noon of before and after photos. There is still PDR work that needs to be done. At this point if my paint is decent I am taking my car and finishing the shi* myself. I have been more than fair and understanding about this situation. Tried to threaten me and my spouse by saying that if they didn't take the rental car back that the rental car place was going to shut the car off. I was leaving the day after they tried to deliver my car janky for a 4 hr trip one way 8 hrs total. Over all very disappointed in the service I have received. The people that run the joint aren't bad people. Just need to up the business end and QC of their product. I'm not here to make friends. I'm here to get my car fixed and help you help me. If you read my review of DFW, you can see I clearly I said "I will be exploring other PDR companies." As I did the next time my car got hit. I actually only let them do my 2014 Sonata to replace a Tail Light that was cracked during a hail storm. My car was finished and returned to me still without that tail light being replaced. The tail light they tried replacing mine with was purchased off of EBAY and wasn't a NEW tail light, which you are supposed to buy OEM replacement parts with insurance money" that's fraud". Finally after this whole incident I received my tail light from Hyundai after 4 weeks of getting the run around and told this and that. . Just picked up my 2nd car yesterday. 6 mos later. Whoever replied as " business manager" needs to stop being defensive and just do what you promise your customers. I am NOT slandering anyone or any company. Personally Derrick and Stephanie are good people. This is a review of a business not the owners/business partners. This is a review site and this is my review. Do not claim that I worked for you because I have not. I have text/pictures id be more than happy to share to prove I am not a liar! They are the one slandering and talking bad about previous employees in front of customers such as myself. Also have witnesses to this. So please do yourself a favor an let this review stand or I will have Kendall also post his experience.Also did them a favor and got them my friend Kendall's 3rd row suv. He is also a unsatisfied customer who has a leaking headliner along with other issues. Kendall contacted his attorney, and a news station out of Owasso, Ok. SO PLEASE REPORT THIS REVIEW/FALSE INFORMATION AND THREATIN TO HANDLE IT. Pull the I.P. address and see where this is coming from.
