I had a cup of potato soup that had fresh slices of potatoes with a delicious broth. Also, the Greek style chicken pita was made fresh and was very good. I sat at the counter as I was alone and chatted with the waitresses and kitchen team. I ordered a western omelet no bread. I expected to wait at least 30 minutes with the dining at near capacity, but my meal arrived within 15 minutes! I was impressed... It was hot and flavorful! I enjoyed the meal. I understand that some smaller establishments baked potatoes and refrigerate them but it's important to make sure that they're good and hot when they're served to the customer.
