The food was simply incredible, perfectly seasoned chicken with a creamy sauce that disappeared pretty quickly. I've had many catered events but never had any of them serve fresh green beans, it's almost always canned(little things impress me:-). Moist rice pilaf with onions and other seasonings and my goodness the mashed potatoes were heavenly! Everything was just amazingly good and I tried my best to at least get one recipe but he just wouldn't budge......even tried to get him to open a restaurant......harrassed the heck out of him:-) I guess I'll have to plan an event so that Chef Henry can deliver up more of that delicious food.....the punch alone is worth it.

I had the falafel wrap which had tzatziki, black bean hummus with lime, fresh tomato and lettuce, grilled peppers and onions, and sliced cucumber. It was a flavor bomb to say the least and had just the right amount of sauces. You could really tell they thought about the crowd they were serving and crafted their menu to the customers they were serving. The staff has been friendly and accommodating both times I've eaten with them and I will definitely patronize them every time they are at an event I attend.
