They do not demonstrate the basic qualities of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, which is a requirement of any successful business. In today's business environment, presenting a realistic schedule and most importantly sticking to it is of utmost importance to all parties involved. Alpine Flooring LLC presented what turned out to be unrealistic start and completion dates, just to land the contract, fully knowing they would not meet these dates. Thus, from the beginning, the entire process involved a great deal of unprofessional bullying, misinformation, and lack of response. Much to my distress, the entire project ended up being piecemealed, thus extending well beyond the expected completion date and still remains unfinished. Having experience with numerous flooring projects, I was extremely disappointed and quite surprised by the lack of clean up, as the new floors were dirty, dusty, and a great deal of debris was left behind. I deeply regret contracting Alpine Flooring LLC to install flooring in my home. Consequently, I would never recommend this company to anyone, since they most definitely do not stand by their word.

I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.
