Walking into the appointment, the atmosphere was very quiet. The waiting area was separated by a bookcase which blocks the rest of the facial area. There is a curtain that divides the "hallway" into the facial area, but no separation between all the beds. The whole service took an hour and I'm pretty sure I was knocked out for how relaxing the service was. My skin was super rough and dry walking into the service and came out moisturized and plump. The price is very much worth the experience and I 100% recommend it!

Place was busy. Threader should've still slowed down and taken the proper time to do a decent job - I didn't even ask for shaping. She went WAY too fast, made it more painful than normal, didn't clean properly, took off too much from the top of one part of the brow in her haste, CUT the skin on the side of my eyebrow, and when I told her, said that going fast was how she did it. A fast threader is not a skill to be proud of when that speed causes pain, cuts, and a bad threading job. Slow down and don't make it hurt. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the dawn of time - there are many who don't make it feel painful and know how to clean up brows.
