This was my first time coming here for a manicure and pedicure. I only wanted a basic clean-up and shaping with no color. I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years, and I've never felt this uncomfortable with a technician before. My pedicure was great--the technician was very kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, my manicure was the complete opposite. I had already cut my nails short beforehand and purposely didn't file them because I expected the manicurist to shape them nicely and evenly. Since I wasn't getting color, I expected her to at least pay attention to the shape of my nails, but I felt there was very little attention to detail. I politely asked twice if she could shape them more evenly, and both times she responded with noticeable attitude. By the second time, she seemed visibly annoyed, so I decided to let it go rather than make the interaction more uncomfortable. I left unhappy with my manicure. She also left my hands oily from the cuticle product, which made the service feel unfinished. The pedicure technician was lovely, but the manicurist's attitude and behavior made the experience uncomfortable enough that I won't be returning. read more

I've been a consistent customer here now and I've been happy every time I leave. I typically get hard gel and they do a fantastic job at keeping the hard gel thin on the nail, but not compromising on the durability. They also add polish colors to their rotation and let me know when they get new colors in! If you want nail art, be sure to specify it at the time of your appointment or at the front desk as not all nail techs here do nail art. I scheduled an appointment for 3 pedicures and we did not have to wait long past our appointment time. They have several colors to choose from and several nail technicians there. They are pretty efficient and polite. The place was clean and spacious. They did a great job with all three pedicures and we had a good time! I think the price is reasonable. Driven by this place dozens of times and based on the lovely photos I took a chance for my next hard gel removal/new set. Communication was pretty smooth, first on yelp and then I decided to call to finalize it. I even added a basic pedicure which was wonderful! They were super cooperative as I was upfront about wanting an ocean/beach theme and was able to provide a screenshot reference from Instagram. Again, very upfront that they didn't have the bubble gel yet but could do something similar. I hope I came off as flexible because while I wanted the magnetic part, I was OK with what the tech (Annie) could do. AND DID SHE ACE IT OR WHAT!? I looooooove my nails. They are perfect. Annie was so meticulous and precise with cleaning and shaping my nails. And the result is the chef's kiss. We been coming here for years. But today the younger lady with glasses (cashier?) She really disappointed us. We called the store at 1:30pm, she asked us to come at 2:45pm then 3:15pm for gel manicure. We arrived at 3:15pm, she said she didn't know why she put down pedicures. She said no one is available at 3:15pm. We need to wait til 3:45pm and still no guarantee we can be helped. Wowoowowow. I think it is the first time, I am treated like this here with no apology at all. Maybe she didn't know we been waiting since 1:30pm, we should went to somewhere else who will value your time and treat their customers better. I wish I had photos of what my nails looked like before I stepped into P7. I was a bridesmaid visiting California, and it was a pretty dire situation. The previous nail tech who had done my nails just an hour previously somehow managed to make a light pink cat eye request a burgundy deep brown. The staff sensed my urgency, shepards me in last minute during a full house, without reservation. A nail technician named Nicole proceeded to know exactly what to do, all while offering water and refreshments. She removed the previous set with ease, and put these nails on my hand. She had been wearing nails identical to the ones in the photos, yet drilling and filing with impeccable speed and precision. I asked her, somewhat timidly, how she "manages to do things" with nails so long, because every girl or boy who wears gel-x longer than 4cm in the world can and may say that they are effectively handicapped and without functional fingers. While this is not factual, diagnosable, nor official, it literally feels like you can't do anything with your hands. You can't even open a soda can unless you're a veteran of claw wearing. Realistically, a person would only want to wear the claws for the event and rip them off immediately after, so you can have your fingers and freedom back. But Nicole-- she is generous as she is formidable. Paper thin application at the cuticles, optimal thickness at the apex, and answering my clumsy question with a simple, "I don't cook and I don't clean. That's how." Of course that's how. She's obviously hustling and fixing emergency situations like mine all day long, and perfecting her craft, so who has time for that? What a stupid question, I thought silently to myself. If I hadn't left California, I would be following Nicole to do my nails forever, not just because she should and could have charged me twice for what she did that day, out of the kindness and the goodwill of her heart, which lead to her feeling sympathy for my situation, charged me barely a fraction of what any other nail salon would have charged me. My boyfriend said I sometimes fall asleep looking at my hands, both set of knuckles relaxed in front of my face, as I'm completely out. I nurture the set with cuticle oil daily, and snip growing cuticles the moment I notice them, because this set, without flattery or charity, is the best Set I've ever gotten from a nail technician. I never bothered to add cuticle oil before, or bothered with aftercare. Nicole, you have set a precedent. Thank you, P7, and thank you, Nicole. May you forever needn't cook nor clean. With your kind heart and skill, the universe shall have others fulfill your more trivial tasks, as you continue to warm the hearts and nailbeds desperately in need of your skill and craft. This salon has become my favorite place for a gel manicure! The nail technicians pay really good attention to detail and make sure that you get the "cleanest" nails you can get. The ambiance is quiet and always has soft lofi music playing. Each time I've come here, I've paid $46 for a gel manicure + gel removal + builder gel (hard shell on top to make your nails stronger). Third time back at p7 and I always leave happy! This time I opted for a gel mani with a removal of my very fancy af nails that I had done in korea. I did a random tech and will continue to be back to have Annie do my nails :) . First off! The lady at the check-in warned me that doing a regular mani would result in chipping within one to two days. She also said that there is a slight discount in removal (from $10 to $7) if I were to get gel (which would just be another $10 extra in total but longer lasting nails). I never felt like she was pushing me got one service and ultimately decided to get gel afterwards. Now the nails! The removal process was so smooth. I was quite nervous that it would be painful getting my thick gel nails off but Annie was really careful. I have super sensitive nails and P7 is also the only place where my nails don't burn / get super hot when using the nail drill to file down the top layer of gel. Annie then meticulously looked for the perfect colors for me and I was super appreciative since I am indecisive lol. I also wanted to add on two bow gems but she told me it would be an extra $15 to do that and I was like nty haha. Overall, I was there for 1 hour and she filed my nails to perfection and always asked if I was happy with shape and color. She also let me do an additional layer of polish to get the exact color I wanted. Will definitely be back to do some full designs!! read more

I decided to try this place based on the good reviews and called ahead to make a 6:00 PM appointment. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk said she would check me in--but offered no further instructions or communication. I selected a color and sat down to wait. Ten minutes passed. Then 15. Then 20. At no point did anyone update me on the wait time or even acknowledge the delay. After 30 minutes, I was finally taken in. I had already selected a color, and the front desk staff said she would retrieve it for me--but never came back. When the nail technician asked for my color, I gave her the number and explained the situation. After some back and forth, it turned out the color I chose wasn't even available. No one informed me or came back to offer an alternative. When it came time to pay, I waited another 5-6 minutes at the front desk with no acknowledgment. Once someone finally came out, she asked if I had checked in. I told her I had and gave her my name. She replied, "No you didn't, your name isn't here. Did you sign in?" I let her know I hadn't been asked to. She responded with silence. The pedicure itself was well done and pain-free, but the customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. It's been a minute since I yelped a place, mainly because most places weren't yelp worthy. I thought p7, especially lovely Lina at p7, was fantastic. She was quiet and efficient and talented and quick. She made me feel a lot better after a rotten day, too, with her quiet and calming presence. I didn't get the name of the nice young lady that did my pedicure but she was also quick and efficient. Speaking of calming, the salon plays soothing music that makes you feel so calm and relaxed. Pricing is fair. Free street or parking in the back. When I walked in, I was upset and agitated and had horrific nails and toes to boot. Walking out, I was calmed, relaxed and beautified! Customer service has gone downhill with this business. My friend brought my 11yr old daughter and her friend in for a mani/pedi. Appointments were made and soon as they got there the technicians were rude. The girls wanted gel and a design and they told her, No we don't do gel on kids and no design. However, I brought 3 girls in there at the beginning of the school year (August 2025) and they all got gel there and a design. The girls were not given full manicure and pedicures. They didn't use any water in them. All they did was file their nails and paint them. Then when my friend went to pay they tried to charge her for full price for a mani/pedis for the girls. Thankfully she made them adjust the pricing to what they actually did. I don't know if they were just in a hurry, if that is the case don't over book your technicians, but it was an awful experience for everyone. The girls were super sad they didn't get the full service they asked for and made an appointment for. Also, my daughter's nail polish already chipped/came off that evening. Hence why the girls asked for gel. Regular nail polish at salons is just cheap now. If you can avoid going here, I would! Never going back! read more

I got deceived by all the nice photos they put on yelp and decided to give this place a try. The nail tech i got is so inexperienced (Ailen is her name). I showed her a photo of exactly what i wanted. I asked for almond shape and she gave me oval. I asked her to fix it but she didnt know how and instead she just kept filing my nails shorter and shorter. My nails look like a joke. See the picture i posted for reference. Never again. I've been coming to this salon for a while which is why this experience was especially disappointing. This is the second time I've received a service that felt rushed and not done with proper attention to detail. My nail technician today was Len. She was kind and polite which I appreciate. however the quality of the work did not meet expectations. My nails were not filed initially and the overall shape appeared uneven and slightly clumpy. I had to request that they be filed and ultimately asked another technician to correct them. While I'm grateful that the second technician was able to fix the issue I was surprised that my concerns were initially dismissed and described as "fine" despite the visible unevenness. Additionally the situation extended my appointment time significantly. Unfortunately what stood out most was the lack of customer service. I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience and the interaction at checkout felt impersonal. A simple acknowledgment or "thank you" would have made a difference. On a positive note the technician who completed my pedicure was very kind and professional as she has been in past visits. I value quality service and professionalism especially when paying premium prices. I hope this feedback is taken constructively as I would like to see improvements in both service consistency and customer care. read more

It's been about 3 weeks and my nails still held up. I opted for a summer set that I saw on Instagram. I showed Nicole the reel and she went right to work! Strawberry nails. There are five different colors on my nails. Pink, two kinds of jelly colors (one with glitter), white/yellow and of course green. I should've asked for a darker green but it's still came out awesome. I made my appointment at 7:50pm Friday night (after hours). I got in a bit late because I wanted to walk to the ATM to get cash (iykyk). I made the appointment at 1pm got in at 1:05. Was seated and worked on at about 1:15. Finished at about 2:25. Total for the set $85 breakdown: $55 for gel fill and $30 for the designs. If you come in with a design in mind, Nicole really tried to get it right. She took her time trying to find all the colors for me. She asked how I was and if I worked today. I appreciate the small chat in the beginning, then when she started to paint she was quiet. I do appreciate that because sometimes I just want to sit in silence. Can't wait to show you guys the next set in 3 weeks. read more
