Walking into the appointment, the atmosphere was very quiet. The waiting area was separated by a bookcase which blocks the rest of the facial area. There is a curtain that divides the "hallway" into the facial area, but no separation between all the beds. The whole service took an hour and I'm pretty sure I was knocked out for how relaxing the service was. My skin was super rough and dry walking into the service and came out moisturized and plump.
