First time seeing a concert here and it was summer of discontent tour with bad religion and dropkick Murphy. It was pretty good but at first to was hard to find the performance space without casino employee help on the gaming floor. It's in a corner near the cove area and the actual performance space is upstairs. I know security requirements are artists specific so my experience might be different from whoever you are seeing. But this was one of the best venues I have been to security wise in years. They weren't aggressive the bag check and ticket check was a breeze. I didn't feel like I was going to be stripped searched like have at other venues. The pit security was happy and not aggressive at all with crowd surfing. The merch tables are right in front of you as you enter which is always a plus,The bathrooms were clean hours into the show. The price for beer was reasonable which is much appreciated. I definitely would return for another show in the future

every seat has a great view at Ovation Hall.

No complaints with my first time at Ovation Hall. I caught the Duran Duran concert on the eve of New Year's Eve. First off, the staff was well-informed. Concert start times are so inconsistent, and when I showed up at 8:10 for an 8pm ticket time, two staff members told me there was no opening act and the headliner hits the stage at 8:20 sharp. Good info, right to the seats and nothing was missed. Ovation Hall is large, similar to Mark G. Etess Arena at Hard Rock, but nicer in my opinion and newer. Also, there is an escalator to the second level, and in the mezzanine, the seats are unusually comfortable, almost like new movie theater seats. The views are great, and the venue has super high ceilings and a very clean air feel. Not sure how to rate the acoustics, as the sound was good but not great. The volume was a good loud, yet with a bit too much high end and tinny-sounding moments. That could be anything from the house sound engineer to the band's sound man/equipment, or even the room itself, so I'll have to see another show to really judge. If you're just going for the show, park on the casino level 6 for the easiest access to Ovation Hall. Definitely a great room to check out a band that you favor.

Swanky decor, elegant furniture, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Elizabeth showed us all they had to offer, and we knew this was the venue for us. Our vision was to have a less traditional wedding layout. We wanted the space to feel more like a lounge and less like a run-of-the-mill wedding reception (we requested couches and high-top tables mixed in with regular tables). One Atlantic worked with us to create and execute our unique vision. We had our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at One Atlantic and it could not have been any more perfect. Eileen and Paul were FANTASTIC during the planning, right up until (and including) the day of our wedding. Every little detail came to fruition, and everything flowed beautifully. Glasses were kept full, the excellent food was free-flowing (we had a cocktail-style reception with small plates being butlered all night), and the acoustics made for a hopping good time on the dance floor. We even ordered 150 White House subs as part of our "to go" favor, and the One Atlantic team took care of it all for us. It was exceptional! We have received non-stop compliments about the venue, the friendliness of the staff, and the amazing food. Our guests had a phenomenal time! We truly had the best evening ever at One Atlantic. And how great is it that we can honestly say that the best wedding we've been to is our own? Right on! No party is too big nor too small for One Atlantic. Check them out and get ready to "Wow" the life out of your family and friends!

The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views, even with the snow and cold weather. The casino area offered plenty to do, with several dining options. I was a little disappointed with the check-in staff, though. The young Asian woman at the front desk was extremely rude, which made me want to leave the hotel. Additionally, there was a random table in the hallway with a tablecloth and food that had been sitting there for more than 12 hours (if not longer). -- disgusting! Despite these issues, I still had a great birthday experience, but I do wish the check-in staff had been more welcoming.

The hotel kinda felt like a maze a little bit. It was little easy to get lost. The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke (downside of having a casino inside a hotel). My room was a standard hotel room. I wish it had overhead lights in the room but otherwise it was fine. The walls are kind of thin though so if you're a lightsleeper like me, you may have trouble if you're on a noisy floor. The shower had good water pressure and the room was clean overall. The staff here was really nice especially at the front desk. There is a parking lot. I had my car their for 2 nights. Apparently you were supposed to get a play card in order for the parking to be free ( i was told this was a promotion until March). But I checked in after work so I came late into the evening and each time I asked about it, the window wasn't opened. So it ended up being $15 for parking when I checked out. So I would immediately ask about it so you can take advantage of the free parking.

It was cute a lot of local businesses decorated trees, and they looked so pretty lined up. I wished it was a bit better promoted than one boardwalk champion because it was pretty and festive. While I was there, I read some of the signs about the town's history. There were some great vintage signs and photos and a Mr. Peanut costume. The tickets RJ purchased were front row in our section, but with "limited view" which was described as "possible infrastructure or lighting". We thought oh no big deal, maybe some sound equipment or a railing. Ok, these should have been sold as completely obstructed view. An employee from down below handed new tickets to RJ after the concert started if we wanted to move. But the row is so small and tight, I am 5 ft tall and had no leg room. We were all jammed against the railing. We thought that was nice but wished it had happened before the concert started, or that she came to the row and got us out rather than handing them up to us. No way was I going to try to get out by making 12-14 people move 1 song into the concert. So we only know they were higher up, but did not use them. At least I could see if I leaned to the left, but RJ looked at the back of this camera man all night!
