RANT AND WARNING! If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle in Camden County, DO NOT go to…read moreQuality Auto on Kings Bay Rd!!! I went to purchase a vehicle for my 16 year old and the owner came out to talk to us while we looked. (This was not the first used vehicle I have purchased, I do know a used car sales man is trying make a deal. I get it) When the owner was talking he talked a big game that he helps so many people in the community with great deals for great vehicles. He got this car for this person, and a great deal for this person. And he has been in business for 30 years and everyone leaves happy. There was a vehicle that my daughter test drove and liked. So we went home so I could do research and look for all the info I could find on this Honda Civic Hybrid. I filled myself with knowledge and took notes. The next day I went back to test drive it myself and ask questions and look at things that other people complained about. I also wanted to talk to the mechanic about what may be coming up in the near future, it is a used vehicle I know that things will need to repaired along the way. I told him that I am single mom with a one income home and need to know what maybe coming up. He told me that everything was good to go. It shouldn't need anything because they inspected it all and everything was fine I purchased the vehicle and not even 2 HOURS LATER the dash board lit up like a Christmas tree!! Check engine light and battery light included!! We took it right back over and they said that it was because it was sitting too long. So we rode it around again for about an hour. It lit up again. We went back and they said too bad it is your problem!! What kind of slimy low life screws over people in their own community like that?! A single mom doing the best she can to provide for her kid so they can get to work and school and volunteer tutoring she does. That is not a business that looks for anything but to make a quick buck! They talk all kinds of crap about the Bennett dealerships and how awful they are and they treat people like crap, but as it turns out they are the ones that don't take care of their customers. LET THIS BE A WARNING!! DO NOT SHOP AT QUALITY AUTO!

On a whim, I stopped at this lot to check out an SUV on the lot. Test drove it a very short,…read morestandard path and liked it. Was keeping options open and spent the next four days considering other lots and vehicles. Had an appt to have someone look at the car one afternoon, and the salesman and owner called three times before the appt, once as early as 7:45. I decieded to buy from this company, and left the lot on a Friday afternoon. After one trip home and back to town, the car begins to produce a burning smell. I left the car at Walmart overnight until I could take it a shop. Upon returning, there was a huge puddle where the radiator had nearly completely leaked out. I take it to the nearest shop (with a good online reputation) and they find a rusted clamp on a radiator hose that was causing the leak. They flushed the system as it was virtually empty and replace an pretty old fuel filter as well. Luckily, the total was less than $400 and I contacted Auto Brokers Saturday morning about the fiasco. When they found I took to a shop other than their's, they gave a speech about how much cheaper their hourly rates were, and how much I could have saved if I used them, yadda yadda.. I kept thinking, 'Why would I bring the car back to you, because if your mechanic had done his job, he would have found the leak before it ever left the lot'. Oh, and all four tires were pretty low on air pressure too, so I guess their 'complete car check' isn't very complete after all. I never should have had to take the car into a shop, any shop, after having the car for less than 24 hours. There is no way this car lot could not have known about the leak, as it didnt just start hours after I took possesion. I was hoping for reimbursement of the car repairs, but wasn't successful. Instead of a reimbursement check, I got a second speel about how I should bring the car back to them in the future as they are cheaper. I think I will pass on that offer, cause you get what you pay for. A positive note, I did think the salesman was a decent human being. He was friendly and polite. Bottom line, unless you have a very reliable mechanic you can bring with you, I would likely recommend to just drive on by this lot.

Murray Ford is trash and its salespeople are liars. Don't trust them ever. I had researched…read moreseveral vehicles online and was calling around attempting to buy a vehicle. I spoke with Julieana Poor and we tried over the course of an hour or so to work out how I could get to the dealership and buy a vehicle. I couldn't make it that day and so I told her I would try again in a couple of weeks when I could get there, and I left it at that. Shortly thereafter, Julieana texted and said, "My manager said $1,000 deposit we take it offline and off the lot until you can get here and get it!". I gave my card and $1,000 taken. I then booked flights to get there and hotels to stay at on the date I had given Julieana from the beginning. However, before I could get down there, Julieana is calling and texting me pressuring me to buy the vehicle sight unseen because they have other buyers interested. She sends me numbers that are $6K more than the asking price online. The vehicle was never taken offline as promised. And Julieana and the manager, Belal Shaban refused to take my call. I have called repeatedly asking for Belal and he has refused to take or return my call. I expect better out of a Ford dealership! Of course, they gave me the $1,000 back however they refused to help reimburse the flight or hotel expense I paid based on their promise. They took money to hold a vehicle and then refused to honor that hold. These guys are absolute trash and liars. Don't trust them as far as you can throw them. They give used car dealers a bad name and that's saying something.

Decided it was time to have it gone through to make sure there were no underlying problems. Dropped it off on Tuesday July 7, 2026. The next day I receive a text telling me what they found which is what I expected. Gaskets and seals needed replacing as they were showing signs of dry rot. I agreed to have them replace the gaskets along with a tune up and rear axle service. Truck will be ready mid next week. Get a call from them saying my rear differential needs overhauled due to limited slip clutch spring pack issues and it's a 5 hour job. I authorize them the proceed but they need to order parts that will take a week to come in. A week goes by, parts are received the truck will be ready by mid next week. Get a call from them saying they need a special tool in order for them to install said part and that I need to pay for that tool. Spoke with Service Manager and finally got them to split the cost of the tool. Tool is ordered but won't be in for another week. How does a Dealership not know special tools are required to perform a service they recommend?? Two weeks waiting on parts and special tooling. Friday, July 31 rolls around and I get a text that the tools are in, should be finished mid next week. Mid next week, Wednesday 5 Aug, I contact them to see if my truck is ready. We hope to have it complete by the weekend is the response. By this time they have had my truck for 29 days!!! If they had a clue what they were doing they would've ordered the special tooling at the same time as the parts that required it. On that Wednesday I go back to the Dealership to express my displeasure. Their response is that they are doing everything they can to get it back to me by the weekend. Obviously not or it would have been done already. Finally picked it up on 6 Aug 2026, 30 days after I dropped it off. Just got it back today so I don't know yet if I have any issues. Long story even longer, terrible customer service and speaking with management accomplishes nothing. It's as if they could care less about your issues with their company. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to Yulee or Jacksonville.
