I love this family owned company. I have used them 3 times now and would not use anyone else. The dad replaced the big "screw" that raises and lowers the garage door when it had broke in half 2 years ago. Today the installed a brand new unit as the sensor had went out of the old one. They recommended a unit and I found it on sale and bought it myself on my husbands discount, so no additional cost there. Today, the son's came out today and had it up and going in less than an hour. Service was same day, prompt and honest! Didn't end up needing any repair! So appreciate their honesty. We had them put in a new opener about a month ago. The old one was was grinding and the chain was falling down. Jeff is the owner and his sons work with him. Young guys who are exceptionally polite, quick and efficient. They installed a new opener in about 30 minutes. Fast forward to today: The light stopped working in it and it was not the bulb. My wife called them at 1:00PM. They said they were working in Carmel (we live in Westfield) and they'd come over. Fixed by 2:45 and they did not charge us. See my prior review as well. My go-to vendor for garage overhead door services is not licensed for commercial work (only residential), so the owner referred me to Jeff at Overhead Orthopedics, who is. I was seeking a second opinion on replacing an aging door system at my neighborhood's clubhouse. Don's Garage Doors had indicated last summer that the system would be in need of replacement relatively soon, and left us with quotes on various options. Jeff, with Overhead Orthopedics, inspected the door, tracks, motor, etc and left us with his opinion that the everything - although aging - is still in great shape . . . especially the existing foam-insulated door. At no charge, Jeff lubed the spring and some joints, and slightly adjusted the spring to help smooth out the door's operation. Jeff's only recommendation was to replace the rubber padding strips on the top and bottom door panels due to gaps at the ends of the existing strips. It's such a good feeling to come away from a consulting visit understanding that a full door replacement is years down the road. read more

Amazing. Called today at lunchtime, fearing an expensive repair but hopeful due to some good recommendations. Jeff answered and said his "boys" were not far from our neighborhood and that they'd call when they were done over there and come see us today. Blain called a bit before 1:30, and 10 minutes later Blaine and Cody had arrived and went to work fixing our crooked and stuck door. Turns out these are Jeff's sons and they are just lovely human beings. Fixed the door, determined that the cable did not need to be replaced, identified that the spring installed by whoever a few years ago is too strong for the weight of the garage door, but they adjusted where the door goes up to, which means we don't need to replace any parts currently. They also lubricated the moving parts on both of our garage doors, switched out a crummy pin for the right size bolt on both doors where the opening arm attaches, and adjusted the spring on the other door cause it was a tiny bit too tight. read more

Highly recommended! I needed 1 panel of my garage door replaced. After contacting the company that originally installed the the garage door when the townhome was built, I never received any follow-up information. Then by chance, I saw Overhead Orthopedics arrive at my neighbors home to address an issue they were having with their garage door. I walked over and asked the 2 gentleman if they'd be able to stop by my place when done to take a look at my repair. They came over promptly, took pictures, and within minutes I had a quote sent to me via email. They we able to schedule very quickly and get my garage door back to new. Blaine & Cody are outstanding and very friendly. They did an excellent job replacing my damaged panel, and their father who I spoke with when scheduling and making payment was just as friendly, polite, and professional. I called the number, Jeff answered, and to my shock in this world of pandemic supply chain service delays, he said he would come out today to look at the issues we were having.
