After being fitted with a leg brace, I asked a few basic questions such as what position my leg should be in and how long I should wear it. I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.

The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. She then proceeded to tell me that I was going to need to reschedule and that my check-in time was actually 10:45. I explained to her that whoever I spoke to on the phone told me to be there at 11am not 10:45, and if I would've known I needed to be there early I would've shown up early. She explained to me how they supposedly have on file a reminder call in which I never received, no voicemail left, as well as never receiving any type of email confirmation explaining that I needed to be there early. After typing away on her computer for another five minutes, I asked her what she is doing, and she expresses that she's trying to find a new time for our appointment. At this point, I am frustrated, and now 15 minutes past my appointment time. I let her know that I am uninterested in using their services and exit the building with extreme relief that I never have to be in this environment ever again. I've since been visiting with a PA, Christopher D, and his care and bedside manner is top tier. The treatment plan and follow up plan is helping to manage my pain. And for that I'm grateful. The staff at the desk is friendly and helpful. You do have to wear a mask in the entire facility. The BEST part of this experience, the staff allowed me to be with my husband during his MRI, yes, you read that correctly. I was able to get into scrubs and go into the room where the MRI machine was, so my husband could feel more at ease, knowing I was there. I bet, because of this, RAYUS probably has a higher completion percentage than any other imaging place in the area. So empathetic and aware of understanding of different patients situations with imaging. 10/10 is what I would say about RAYUS... oh and one more thing.... We had the MRI done at like 930, I think, AND we had the final results by the afternoon!!!! Unheard of, I know. Anyway, I highly recommend RAYUS for all your imaging needs!!!!!
