The doctor who saw me, Dr. Paul A Lee, behaved less like a medical professional and more like a finance frat bro . His explanations were vague, dismissive, and barely met the minimum standard of care. I ended up getting more useful information from the medical assistants than from him. After being fitted with a leg brace, I asked a few basic questions such as what position my leg should be in and how long I should wear it. Instead of giving clear guidance, he responded with "I don't know". I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely. read more

Updating my previous review after a solid experience. As an ER nurse, I notice speed, workflow, and efficiency immediately, and this place was one of the best I've seen. I had an MD eval, labs, a CT scan, and a fluid bolus, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. For anyone not in healthcare, that is wildly impressive. Considering most wait times in the ER or urgent care can easily exceed 6-8 hours, this experience really stood out to me and absolutely warranted a review update. The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. Honestly, this place is great. I had vision problems and a headache and my friend told me to go to the ER to get it checked out and get imaged. I went to the ER at 3pm, didn't get seen until like 930. And then saw 3 different doctors, none of them really wanted to do imaging. Instead they just pushed some Benadryl and Tylenol. Granted, they were crazy busy. Then they wanted to give me IV fluids for some reason and I said no and I left at 11pm. The next day, I made an appointment and came here and within 4 hours of _making_ the appointment, I was getting a CT scan. This place is a crazy well kept secret. It's awesome. read more

Horrible experience and didn't even get through the door as a patient. I am writing this so that the company is aware of the behavior occurring at the front and to make sure no one is treated like this ever again. I had an outdoors accident and knew this location was near the apartment where I am staying as a solo traveler so I hauled myself into a Lyft to get there ASAP. I called Zoomcare in the ride and they said I could go and they will let me know if there is room to see me - no one says on the call that I needed an appointment. I show up, I am screaming in pain while trying to walk and the receptionist just stares out the door looking at me like I am crazy. No effort to bring out a wheelchair, get assistance, give me a hand, etc. I get in the door and sit down, and she asks if I have an appointment (clearly, I dont!). She explains both their emergency care AND urgent care are appointment only (shocking - how is that "urgent care"?). After ten minutes of her "trying to see if they can take me on the emergency side," she says they don't have any openings. I explain I was alone and needed help and she provided no solution except going "to a different urgent care." She did not show any care or empathy, or any effort to help get me a car or find my way after saying I was alone as a solo traveler. A nurse saw me, stared, ignored me, and said nothing. It was obvious I was in need and the patient in the waiting room next to me suggested I go to the ER at Overlake, which I did, and someone very helpfully got me into the building. The whole thing was embarassing, awkward, and made me feel like a total outsider and not welcome. I cannot recommend coming here and I guess if you do you also have to make sure you have an appointment...A disgrace of an experience. read more

I went there three times Two times for my mom and one time for my daughter. They are all awesome and super nice. From the check in to the time we are leaving we felt we are welcomed and attended to. They understood my moms anxiety about the needles and they did good job calming her down. Doctors are amazing as well and on top of everything. Like imagine an emergency room but less craziness. I came in with chest pain and high blood pressure--an anxious twenty-something trying to downplay my symptoms--but thankfully, my care team didn't let me write myself off. Dr. Anna was amazing, taking the time to explain everything clearly and calmly. But I especially want to shout out Catherine (Cathy), the RN, who was absolutely outstanding. I have a big fear of needles, and she was not only incredibly gentle but also hilarious--she somehow made the experience almost enjoyable. Her kindness and humor made a stressful situation so much easier, and I can't recommend this clinic enough just based on her care alone. Even though I was nervous and rambling, they still gave me a thorough workup: X-ray, bloodwork, urine tests, and an EKG. I left with so much peace of mind. I truly wish this clinic offered primary care services--I'd travel the distance just to keep this team as part of my regular care. I can't thank them enough. read more

Very clean/ efficient ER. I went to zoomcare in Edmonds because I had a really big pain swallowing water. I knew that I had a tonsillitis , but didn't know I may need to get surgery. After spending $200, she sent me here to get checked by emergency doctor. (Zoomcare Super) Dr Morgan was really helpful and he was a good listener. They gave me all kinds of antibiotics (in the juice and through my blood) I am out within 2 hours with prescription and paid $630. I think it's reasonable considering that I got CT and IV injection . Came in same day as I was experiencing some stressful symptoms that I wanted to be seen for ASAP and my PCP had nothing open and didn't answer the phone. ZoomCare had an opening within the same hour that was super easy to book on their website! All of the staff were really kind, professional, and patient. My experience here was phenomenal! I scheduled day of and was in and out for $28 (with insurance) in 30 mins. From the door way in the receptionist was nice and helpful. I was seen by the doctor almost immediately and he was incredible (I believe his name was Dr. Thomas). Very informative, kind, and professional. He let me share my concerns and also gave me many care options to choose from and was open and honest. He didn't try to sell me on spending a bunch money and made me feel like a human instead of just a customer. The physicians assistant was great too, super sweet. Jesse at the front desk greeted a guy with abdominal pain with a smile. you know how refreshing that it is. Easy Peasy with check in. TheN Bridgette came from the back to get me. And get me piss sample. Then lead me into room 2. Started hooking me up to all the testing machines. All these numbers started to come on the monitors. Then Dr Nalvani introduced himself and took my entire statement condition. This gave me peace of mind as I wanted to know whats goin on in my body. Some tests then off to ultra sound with Stephanie for a few rounds of inner pictures. After that back to my room for IV fluids and medicines . A pillow and heated blanked gave me extreme comfort for my stay here. After Dr Nalvani came in and gave me the news. I needed to get my GALL BLADDER removed now. Or all hell will break loose. This was so commuting to final find out why I was in pain fora week. I tell you this place is well worth the money just for these physicians alone. My primary doctor ordered a CT scan and my regular clinic was not able to get it done as soon as I needed it, so I was excited to see that this ZoomCare offered it. Around 11am, I scheduled an appointment for 4pm. Unfortunately, what was to follow was a flurry of red tape and bs. A Zoomcare worker (who was kind and patient, so I have no complaints there) called me to inform me that a prior authorization was needed in order to get my CT scan done. They also informed me that my insurance was not in network. I called my doctor's office to see about the prior authorization. They informed me that if the scan was marked urgent that a prior authorization would not be needed. However, even with an urgent order, Zoomcare would not do my CT scan without a prior authorization. I learned this after about an hour of phone calls, and with my doctor's office insisting that a prior authorization should absolutely not be needed. So, if you need urgent imaging, this is not the place to go. Save some time and frustration and avoid this place. read more

The drs and nurses we friendly, the clinic is very clean, and they sent us away with the antibiotics he needed so we didn't even have to go to the pharmacy. Left in tears and still in pain with no help after showing up under the recommendation of another zoomcare clinic. No one at any point mentioned I would need prior authorization to complete the scans they said they needed to do so of course with no warning I paid a huge sum out of pocket just to be told my pain wasn't real. Several months later, I received another bill from them because apparently they hadn't charged enough for doing nothing to help me. They wouldn't even give me anything for my pain at all because "that stuffs addictive". I'm an adult... I was not treated like one in the least. Was not sure what to expect since this is a newer clinic and concept, but I roughly learned about the "Super" model online and how it serves patients in between a typical urgent care clinic and a hospital ER. My daughter dislocated her shoulder (or so we thought) and I figured we would give it a shot knowing that no matter what it would be way less than a trip to the ER. Being on a high deductible health insurance plan makes you pay a lot more attention to cost. From the initial call about whether they would see young children to final payment, this place far exceeded my expectations in every way. I booked an appointment online and we were in the clinic 30 minutes later. The doctor saw her 15 minutes BEFORE our scheduled time - never saw that coming having been conditioned to sit in an ER lobby for hours waiting to be seen. The doctor and all staff were very professional and courteous. The facility was clean and organized - both departures from what we have come to expect in the ER. The doctor ordered four X-rays and discovered that her elbow had a minor fracture and was not dislocated as we thought. They put a splint on her and sent us home with detailed explanation/instructions and a referral list of orthopedics to see for a follow up visit. They sent us home with electronic copies of her X-rays, which will make follow up visits and record keeping way easier. I was prepared for a $1,000+ bill. Instead with our insurance negotiated rate we walked out the door for just over $400. Even their non-insurance negotiated rate, which they put alongside the detailed invoice was just over $900. This would have easily cost $3K+ at the ER and we likely would have waited for hours. By far the best medical care experience I have had. read more

I was given the option at my doctors office to go to a ED or this Zoom Care Super. I am so happy I chose Zoom. I had an appointment time for 10:30am for abdominal pain, they were able to get me in sooner and start an assessment. Quickly started an IV, labs, fluids, and provided pain meds. They informed me on the plan and recommended a CT scan to see if it was appendicitis. By 11 I was in the CT scan, no wait at all! I had results shortly after and they contacted a general surgeon for next steps, provided antibiotics and pain meds for the meantime. It was fantastic care and I was so impressed with how quick but quality the care was. Plus- the place was so modern, clean and cute! read more

They were able to get us seen quickly and out in about 90 min. The doctors and nurses were great! We need a practice like this in AZ where we are from. I unfortunately had to come to the Super Zoom yesterday as I needed tests done & the other zoom locations aren't able to get test results back in the same day. I was able to get an appt same day, and within 2 hours I got an ultrasound, blood work, an EKG, etc and all results back. Every single employee from the front desk person, multiple doctors I saw, to the lady who checked me out were kind, respectful and professional. I felt so taken care of! Doctors offices scare the crap out of me but I felt so calm and safe there. Sooooo much better than an ER! Thank you Zoom care for being so awesome! Also, I expected a high bill (which it was) but the way everything was laid out was so clear & I knew exactly what I was paying for literally for each individual lab test done, which is amazing. this is the worst experience i've ever had at any hospital. i have extremely prominent veins (i've been getting ivs my whole life due to health issues), and they couldn't even place one. the woman who was placing it couldn't find the vein & dug in the same arm for 5 straight minutes of me being in absolute agony. only after then, did she try the other arm. this time she got a vein, only it was inserted wrong, it was so painful i was seeing stars & was nearly puking. i know this isn't what an iv feels like. i've had hundreds of ivs in my life & this was the worst experience ive ever had. not to mention, when i finally asked for a minute to breathe, i felt judgement radiating from every single one of them. my entire visit here, i didn't feel like a human being, i felt like a test subject. go somewhere else if at all possible. read more

I am not usually the one to write reviews for medical places or doctors, but I must say, I received the best care I had in many years at this location. Special thanks to Dr Anna Henderson and the nursing team. I've came here for symptoms that would not go away after seeing 4 different places and doctors. All results continued to come back negative and others would just sent me home without any treatment/suggestions for my symptoms. Luckily, by chance, I ended up at this location. Dr Henderson treated my case as a puzzle that needed to be solved and was thinking outside of the box. She ordered some tests that others did not think to *and I even asked them to check for it*. Her ability to think outside of the box and treat me as a human being makes me want to highly recommend this place to anyone. I literally could cry with feeling so grateful for this. She outlined Plan A and Plan B for me and sent me home with a care plan and treatment- something I was not able to get in other places. read more
