I went there few days ago as I wasn't feeling well thanks to Covid. So I got seen right away, they did all the tests they need to do to rule out clots in the lungs as well pneumonia. Doctor was super nice. The nurse who took care of me was super nice as well. I was in n out within two hours or less even. Took my mom to the same ER two days ago as she is 80 years old and she got Covid. She want feeling well so I was worried since her sodium level drops suddenly. Dr did amazing job as well addressing all these issues. Send her home with the Covid medicine. The nurse was kinda of rude at first not sure if we came in at the wrong time so he was having a bad time. But after the Dr checked my mom the nurse become nicer. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this ED. Thank you everyone who took care of me and my mama!

They released me without any clear explanation what's going on, and warned I will receive three separate bills. Since then, for the next 10 months, I'm receiving a bill after bill. There are around 4 or 5 so far, amassing for over $3K total. After insurance, of course.

However, this specific urgent care does nothing but fear monger and direct you to go to the Overlake ER for reasons unbeknownst to man. I went in one day for general malaise, feeling unwell, and run down, along with very mild heart palpitations (which I have normally bc of caffeine, stress, etc) and the doctor urged me to go to the Overlake ER. Since she is a professional, I took her recommendation, and I went to the ER just in case. I wasted my valuable time and money because absolutely nothing was wrong. There were other occasions where the doctors treated me appropriately, but I've had more occasions where they either blew me off or they projected a lot of fear when they shouldn't have. I try to avoid this urgent care whenever possible, but it's just too close and convenient. But I have made the trip to Redmond's location b/c they're just far more professional, caring, and exact.

Not only was I there 2 hours waiting then they took me back told me it will at least 20 minutes longer and turned the lights down in the room?????? Like they are tucking me into bed for the night. So upsetting!! Waste of time. And they didn't care. Terrible urgent care

This was by far the most traumatic experience of my life, in September of 2025 I was admitted to the adolescence res, I was told I would be there for 6-8 weeks and that I would only receive the best care, I ended up being there for 12 weeks and I was doing so much worse than when I got there. the profesional staff does not care about your wellbeing a bit, your supervised all day by college students. The other patients can be weird or dangerous and the medical care is horrible. Multiple patients had unknown allergic reactions in the dining room, too the point where one was sent to the ER for anaphylaxis, they never figured out what was causing all of the reactions at all, they are still happening. A patient with heart palpitations was given a minimum dose of ibuprofen and then ignored by nursing staff for 2 days while crying in her room bedridden. They gave any patient a feeding tube no matter they're weight or situation if they didn't eat for long enough, and they included 10 year olds or younger in inappropriate groups, waking the children up at 6:30 am and only allowed to go to bed at 10:45 pm minimum. Multiple personal items were "lost" when being handled by staff. They search your rooms every week, throw out personal belongings, and read your diaries. The hygiene was horrible. Bugs, hair, and dirt were found in the food. Patients with allergies were overlooked and then punished for not finishing the meal. The showers didnt work, there were only about 7 working showers on a unit holding usually 16-18 patients, they were never cleaned and they gave me a foot fungus no joke, and there is hair and vomit stains over the carpet that they never cleaned. My therapist was bad and was constantly ignoring any needs I had and I was only able to see her for one 45 minute session per week. My dietitian was extremely judgy and rude and refused to accommodate for my meal plan when it made me sick, telling me to just suck it up. As patients we were completely disrespected and overlooked by all staff. These were the hardest 12 weeks of my life. Also theyir PHP program is horrible, there's barely any patients and the time spent there is equivalently horrible to res but they still don't let you go to school or the outside world barely ever. I was never included on details of MY treatment plan, I was called sensitive, or overreactive but in reality I was hurting, unheard, and terrified. As a patient I beg you to find another place, they treat you like animals here, your voice will never be heard, and the medical approaches are evil and humiliating. -r-long/ pp. jeans

ER took me in right away, I was given pain meds, all nurses and techs were very attentive, gave clear answers, I was assisted within minutes of requests at all times - from the time I arrived until leaving May 12, 2026. Surgeons answered all questions, I felt safe, cared for and seen as an individual and felt both protected and respected as a patient. Pain meds were given as needed they helped me with both chief complaint and residual migraine I had upon arrival. They helped me before during and after surgery and assisted me as I went thru steps of recovery afterwards . Admissions was great, drs top notch, all I came in contact with were pleasant and gave help right away and informed me each step of the way about my care and helped alleviate my fears and nervousness. This visit was easily one of the best visits I have had to an emergency room. I would both recommend and encourage others to seek treatment needed from this facility without hesitation.

It had a comfortable bed and clean restroom. And the thermostat was controllable (I usually like my room very cold at around 62 degrees or so). The nurses were extremely helpful and I have to give each of them a shout out! Noelle, Derek, and Jessica. I was not planning to be a difficult patient but I felt like I kind of came one unfortunately. I was in extreme pain from time to time and I couldnt always stay chill and cool. The nurses were quick to understand my needs without me having to speak too much or too loudly (I had a bit of trouble with after the surgery). They really went out of their way to help with my specific needs. The food wasn't bad but it just felt like food that used to be served on airplane back in the day. Compared to hospitals like Overlake, VM could really step up in this department! Also the administrative staff seemed a bit confused and disorganized. However, there is one main person (Kristina) that coordinated and resolved all the loose ends for me and she was extremely helpful.
