This was not just rude--it was threatening, violent, and completely unacceptable. As if that wasn't enough, he later had the nerve to say he was calling the police, and then fraudulently charged our cards $63 for a soda. Yes, sixty-three dollars. This is hands down the most unprofessional, unsafe, and hostile "business" I have ever stepped foot in. For a place to openly assault paying customers, disrespect women, and then commit credit card fraud--it's beyond unbelievable. Stay far, far away from this place.

There was really loud music outside, and people were still dancing at like 2:30 in the morning. What I liked: They had a TON of hookah flavors. Dozens if not a hundred varieties, between a few different brands. I also like their food truck outside, which makes great fries and a decent falafel! Things that need work: I assumed service would be proactive about making sure you order something, but they really don't seem to care if you get anything or not once you pay the cover. You will have to hunt down an employee to even get an initial drink order, but once you have their attention they are prompt. I'm not really a tobacco person anymore, but I still appreciated my time here. I don't know if I'll smoke again, but I'll at least be back for the food truck!

The convenience of having a clean, organized, friendly 24/7 smoke shop walking distance from the dispensary makes it worth going to havana no matter what, but they also have some of the lowest prices I've seen in town and especially on grant. The employees are also knowledgeable and can work with you to give you great recommendations for any product. I highly recommend coming here, especially for new smokers- ask the staff questions!! If you like to try different flavors, they are sure to have something to suit your tastes. Happy Hour: On Wednesdays and Thursdays, they have happy hour where you can get discounted drinks (I drank Coronas and they were about $1 and some change each. They also do Karaoke on Thursdays as well as a poetry night. Me being up in age, these nights suit me fine, especially if you want to just chill and vibe without much sensory. I haven't been on the weekend yet, but I've been told those are the more lively nights. Definitely check it out on any night; you won't be disappointed! Pricing: Again, I've only been on a Wednesday night but for $20 or so you can have premium hookah and a beer and have a good night. These are really great prices for hookah so definitely don't miss out on the Happy Hour nights if you can't make the weekend or other nights. It's a cool after work unwind spot for sure. Hospitality: Customer service was stellar. You feel like you are at home walking in. The owner is very attentive and will ensure you are satisfied with your experience. (The staff even took a birthday shot with me)! As as "former party girl" who doesn't do much of anything these days; nor have I smoked hookah in quite some time; I realized that I am a lightweight now. The staff made sure I was safe and comfortable and said I could stay as long as I needed to recuperate! This shows their integrity, professionalism, and that they truly care about their patrons and for that, this will be my "spot" (AND I will bring others to join me in the near future). Atmosphere: I vibed to the music all night. Seating was comfortable, the space was clean and the lighting wasn't too bright. They have T.V.'s playing on each side of the venue and V.I.P. seating that can be reserved. I'll be back for sure.

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

We were greeted by a giant statue of a unicorn zebra and of course took a selfie. We then went to the bar area and absolutely loved the dark speakeasy vibes. Burk, the handsome man with a shiny head, was at the bar. He handed us a drink menu that contained fun drink names like Death of a Unicorn. The drinks tasted good and had a lovely presentation. Mine even came in a zebra mug. We also learned that this bar has both an upstairs and downstairs area. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and headed home. This place left such an impression that we have been back two times since. On another occasion we had Nate the bartender. He had a lovely personality and accommodated all of the guests that came in near closing. We enjoyed Santa's Banana Hammock and Unicorn Ski Accident. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem. I look forward to seeing where this place goes. It has a ton of potential for special events with the basement area. P.s. It's also a boutique hotel.
