Holly, Jackie's Mum, is easier to talk to and will do more of what you ask. Both are excellent and very experienced at electrolysis. Have started laser. They use the light sheer diode machine for laser which works well on darker skin tones. Only time will tell wether it works, 2 sessions are not enough to pass judgement, but I'm very hopeful because of the professionalism the mother-daughter duo show.
