I appreciated the newer employee taking the time to properly look into the issue and explain things respectfully. Unfortunately, after this situation, I experienced behavior from two front desk staff members that I found unprofessional and upsetting. While leaving, there was snickering/laughing directed toward me, and when I returned to request a note for appointment, one employee was dismissive and very rude. I am not writing this to cause problems, but because the overall experience left me uncomfortable and embarrassed during what should have been a routine medical appointment for my child. She has preformed basic eye exams and done prescriptions for us, our children & grandchildren. She is ALWAYS there for an occasional eye injury on the job, or a hemorrhage you might need her to look at. Dr. Davis has stayed late on a Saturday for us and even helped on a Sunday once. The protective coating was starting to come off my glasses and I asked them about it. They said my glasses were past the warranty but would see what they could for me. When I got a call to come get my glasses I received new lenses and frames. I'm not sure how they made that happen, but they did. Dr. Myers and his staff are great.
