I had always wanted one, and prompted by my girlfriend's co-worker getting one, and the fact that I no longer live in the valley, I decided to get one. Riding a 3-wheel motorcycle in the dark (I was at the dealership for EIGHT HOURS while they got the bike ready!), on a vehicle that I was unfamiliar with, in Freeway traffic on the 101 at night, forced me to pull off and call AZ Motorcycle Towing rather than continue on up I-17. Called Brandy and, despite the distance involved and the time I called (around 20:00) she dispatched Ryan to get me home! After having been up since 05:00 that morning, not to mention spending ALL DAY at the dealership, I will forever be indebted to AZ Motorcycle Towing, despite not getting home until 23:30, and having to be up @ 04:00 for work.

The response time was decent and equipment fairly good…read more However, the thing about polyurethane coated work gloves is they certainly keep the grease off the hands of the Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees so when they get home they are nice and clean. However, the grease that the polyurethane surface blocks from getting on their hands then gets transferred to whatever it is of the customers' that the driver touches next, such as upholstery, shifter nob, door handle, ignition key and as in my case steering wheel. I have a low-profile sports car and its accompanied by a low steering wheel. As such, when you slide in and slide out, the top of your right thigh will touch the bottom of the steering wheel. After Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC dropped my car off in front of my house and with the driver still idling there, I got into it to drive my car he just towed and dropped off in front of my house into my garage. However, when I got in, I looked down and noticed globs of grease streaked all across the top of my right thigh. It was fresh, gooey and, as I mentioned, in globs on the fabric of my light colored khaki shorts. Not having any idea where all this grease could have come from, but now having to change out of my clothes, I grabbed hold of my steering wheel to get out. When I grabbed the steering wheel with my right hand to begin getting out is when I felt a sticky glob on my hand. As it turns out, the grease was on the surface of several areas of my steering wheel. So while polyurethane gloves are indeed great for keeping Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees clean, those gloves serve to just transfer Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC messes onto the surface of the interior of their customers' vehicles.

We brought it back and took more PTO. They said luckily it was under warranty. Well, it better be because that's the same part you tried to fix two days ago. And this day it's still leaks but I'm not trusting them to touch it a third time. 8/7/26 My husband's Chevy Trax had the coolant system "fixed" and we got it Friday at 5pm. It's Sunday 8/9/26 at 8:30am and our car overheats in a drive thru and we had to keep turning it off. Luckily we were a few miles from home and let it cool so we could drive instead of walking 2 miles in 100+ temps. Christian Brothers put us in a really dangerous position. When we had to get the Ford fixed for the second time that was a red flag that we should've listened to. But because we needed our overheated Trax towed, it was easiest to go with Christian Brothers. Let me tell you... Do you not take the easy way out because of the "free tow" because after $1300 our car is still not fixed and now we have to take PTO and rearrange our schedules all over again. I don't think it's a free tow anyhow; I'm sure it's added to the cost of the car services.
