We were stranded on the side of the I-10 on a Saturday afternoon after hitting a pothole on the I-10 blowing out a tire and discovering we only had a patch kit, not a spare (that's my bad!). After our insurance company really dropped the ball (sending a tow company from Surprise to find out that they weren't coming at all) we frantically called around and landed on Hamilton Towing who gave us a reasonable price for what we were asking to load our crippled car on a flatbed and take it to Buckeye for a tire repair. Keegan, our driver, was excellent, fit all four of us in the cab of the truck, took us to Discount and made sure they could take care of us before leaving. While I hope we (or anyone else) is never in the position we were stuck in, we'd recommend Hamilton Towing to anyone in the West Valley who needs reliable service. These people are life savers. I was stuck on I-10 with a flat tire driving from Phoenix to Palm Springs. My Roadside service failed getting me service. Finally after sitting in 105 degree weather for over 3 hours and fighting with Progressive, I called the Az Highway Patrol. They dispatched Hamilton. The driver was out in 30 minutes. She was totally concerned with my safety. Completely professional. I felt so taken care of after that long ordeal. I wish I could remember her name but she was awesome. While out in Buckeye doing some side work for a company, had to go off the shoulder maybe 20 feet. Thanks to the recent rains, I got stuck solid in the mud. Called AAA and they said it was an Extract and said no way. They said this is the shop they talked to. Called him directly, he said he'd come out and take a look. He showed up. Looked at the issue and went yep, that's easy, I can get you out and AAA should be covering it. So he calls them they cover it and 30 minutes later, I'm free. I asked the driver if I could buy him a beer or send him a gift card or at least send his boss a note thanking him for having such an amazing employee. That's when I found out, the individual I was dealing with was David Hamilton owner and operator of Hamilton towing. Needless to say.
