Godwill he and I have a interesting connection he does not listen to the customers very well and at times over charge them. However, he went immediately and got his manager, Mr. Kenny and I asked Mr. Kenny how come I can't redeem all of my points. He said we don't do redeeming you can just get a gift card and pay for a gift card and use that gift card to pay for your order so I asked Mr. Kenny very gently. How much is a refresher a small and he said $4.45. I said I'll be right back and I went to get cash. I came back and I saw someone I knew and hugged them and Godwill took my order and I said can I get a refresher he said you want strawberry and I said no no ;make it plain. I'm allergic to strawberry. He said oh yeah that's right. We've been over this. I said yes just make it yummy. Please no caffeine he said do you want ice? I said a little bit of ice well anyway I turn my back to talk to someone. I know when I turn around and he puts my order on the counter with a lot of ice. When I ultimately asked to remove the items from my purchase, he rolled his eyes and responded with frustration. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. After this incident, customer service reached out to me and assured me they would look into the matter. They made a point to calm the situation and promised follow‑up. However, every time I've reached out for an update, I've received no response. The lack of communication only adds to the disappointment. I understand supply issues happen, but the way this situation was handled--both in‑store and afterward--has caused me to lose confidence in the customer service at this location.
