The second company I had to leave a voice message so I hung up. The third company I was greeted by William with a friendly voice and lots of good information! After asking a couple of questions I decided to make an appointment for him to come and inspect my home. Not only did he provide a text reminder but he was on time, nice, well spoken and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very thorough. He noticed we took our shoes off in the garage so he even took his shoes off. I found that to be extremely respectful. He emailed our insurance agent a full detailed and thorough report.
