A little background for your consideration: (1) this is our first home purchase, (2) our agents recommended a list of their own inspectors (3) noted that most of those inspectors were big companies with agents and therefore had a variety of reviews. I vetted Joseph before I requested an estimate (he appreciates that). He was prompt, informative, and thorough. Scheduling was easy and communication was stellar. Day of inspection, he arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment and got straight to work. Once he was done, he discussed the results with my husband and I and went through all the details, and then some, of his findings.
