The installation ultimately left us with a worse problem than the one we originally hired them to solve. What has been far more frustrating than the failed work, however, have been the hostile interactions and complete lack of follow through from Two Men and a Gutter. Over the past year, we have spent countless hours attempting to get this issue resolved. We have made repeated phone calls, left numerous messages, exchanged text messages, and communicated directly with company representatives. Multiple times, the company acknowledged the issue, agreed that the work was covered under warranty, confirmed our account and address, and promised to send someone out to make repairs. No one has ever shown up to even look at the damage, let alone repair it. Each time we followed up, we were given another explanation, another promise, or another timeline. Most recently, we were told someone would come out once the rain had passed. The rain passed. Nobody came. Follow-up messages have gone unanswered. That was in May 2026. To make matters worse, both my husband and I have experienced extremely hostile and aggressive communication from company representatives during our attempts to resolve this issue. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair led to them screaming at me on the phone about our review of their work costing them business. At this point, we have lost confidence that Two Men and a Gutter intends to honor its warranty or stand behind its work. We honestly don't feel safe having by them back at our house either. We will now have to hire and pay another company to correct their poor quality work. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would urge you to look elsewhere.

They offered practical options to help us balance project size with cost, and the lead time they provided was accurate within a few days. Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. They also replaced several shattered sidewalk panels and tied them into the existing panels with rebar. Both the immediate cleanup and the follow‑up cleanup after removing the barrier were thorough. I was actually suspicious of the pricing at first, but it seems like they use tech (in this case a bucket lift truck instead of climbers for the altitude work) where it makes sense. We hired them to remove a couple small dead trees, do a 25' high limb removal, and trim the top deadwood off of another tree. Tree of Life crew rolled up with a team and bunch of equipment, worked quickly as specified with Luis on the quote. They got the planned work done and did not mess around... What really distinguished them to me was the care of the property. They brought blowers and cleaned up after the cutting areas. They brought a chipper for the branches and truck to do any other hauling. For a high cut, they brought in a bucket truck, and laid down rubber track mats to ensure the yard wasn't damaged by the tires. They watched out for the various cables and things attached to our house to avoid damage from limbs. This showed good attention to how they did their work and care for the customer. The warranties they offer are more expansive than any other company we got quotes from.
